Clinical 👉 etiopathology 👉 morphology ? (or the morphology comes in between)
Looking forward to buy your app
Whichever is comfortable for you ! Try a topic both ways. I have told in the video which works for me ! Need not be the same for all :) Trial and error always the best !
Sir only left headphone sound works
Sir which one should I buy for 2nd yr... basic pathology or the pathological basis of disease?
Sir I am in second year and have accidently bought medium robbins
Is reading that enough for neet pg and university exams??
Sir, is your pathology book contains mcq ?? I wish to buy it
is there any difference in content between big robbins southasain edition amd international edition
coz in guyton it has lot of differences
Sir how is Dr najeeb sir lectures ( watched and I have written notes ) and pathoma combination instead of Robbin ?
Love from Pakistan sir....
No one is scared of robbins , even Harrison the things is time🙂
Thanks a lot..I am a homeopathic student.. Is it good for me too to read Robbins?
Is there any method to memorise entire robbins ?
Plzz answer sir
Can you once make a video up on reading 😅

Amazing motivation, I'm in 3rd year, just passed my 1st prof, here we study forensic medicine and community medicine in 3rd year,,,but am trying to advance my study with robbins,,But your vdo makes me much confidence, are there any ways to purchase your vdos and would be much help for me..

@@kamranhossain507 I didn't purchase
Hello, new 3rd year here.Did u go through robbins how he advised?
Sir is there any discount for your app ?
Hi Nomadic, there are no discounts from our side. you can get in touch with any student ambassadors for same
sir which is the latest edition of Robbins pathology
10th - big book. 11th basics of patho
Sir make some videos for pgs pls
Sir, is it necessary to read latest edition of Robbins I have one edition old so is it okay if I read that
That should be good.. not much remarkable changes. !
Hello sir, i am a Nigerian medic student, i absolutely loved your advice and videos, i have downloaded your app but i have a hard time signing up because of phone number and sms verification, is this app limited for only indian students or those within india?
Can you send a message at +917760157195
Sir is reading robbins basic pathology is sufficient . Or i should go for robbins catrons patho. Basis of disease.
Pathology basis of disease. A good and an elaborate textbook gives you better knowledge
Which book we should read in Robbins i.e international edition or South Asian edition? For aiims pg
Both are same! Try to collect south asian edition because cost of it is less!!
Want to learn pathology with you😍❤️
Any day. The classes live will start post NEET. In the app - You can download the app - ranjitharpathology.app.link/5xi6kfzjadb

Sir, in the college where I study (a private one) cases aren't different & we see same complaints all the time. How to approach pathology in cases like this?😔
We need not have exotic cases..80-90% of the cases are the same easy ones..
Opd will have similar complaints. But u ll have inpatients as well . Try to go to wards and learn .. ask your seniors your APs.. you will do well for sure..!
And all of it starts with trust. So no more excuses. Tell to yourself u ll do good
@@XpressPinnacle Sure sir, thankyou😇😇
@@XpressPinnacle is it necessary to read latest edition of Robbins.... I have one edition old so is it okay if I read it or should I but new one
According to New MCI Curriculum, From 2019 Batch we have only 10-11 months in 2nd Proff year & not 18 months (1½year).
So, It's tough task to finish Robbins in 10 months along with volatile subjects like Pharmacology & Microbiology.
Any suggestions please.
Yes fair enough. The reduction in the duration will make it bit difficult.
So lets dissect Robbins and concentrate on the important aspect
General Path
Cell injury, Inflammation, Genetics (Half of which will be overlapping with biochem), Neoplasia - Must to read. Inmmunology (overlap of immunodef and hypersensitivity, HIV from micro)
(Infections and environment - overlaps)
Hemat yes. Systemic Patho yes. (Again try to correlate with the clinics cases - and try to apply the concepts from gen path, so becomes less voluminous)
@@XpressPinnacle Thank You So Much, Sir. I'll give it a try.
@@XpressPinnacle sir should i go for basic pathology of Robbins , the medium Robbins
Sir now that we have just 11 months of 2nd mbbs, what should our approach be to read robbins and understand it knowing that it is very vast!? Please tell
It is the same ! You have one less subject as well. Read the same way. May be a little more effort. Do not shorten as your practice in future will not change :)
@@XpressPinnacle okay!! Thank you sir
Hlo sir..... Big fan of yours...... But about systemic pathology is okk what approach u said...... What about general patho..... For a 2nd MB IT'S TOUGH... as we r reading it for 1 st time...... Plz have a talk over it
Sure..! Gen path is a basic knowledge which we have to read.. like bricks needed to build the building ! Few areas needed memorizing (like inflammtory mediators) majority again it will be linked eith the diseases
Thank you sir
What should I read medium Robbins or big Robbins
Big one - Pathologic basis of disease
Sir i dint read patho well in 2nd prof
How do i read patho good atleast now in 3rd prof
Sir, I really love the way you explain in your videos.... Your excitement for the subject is contagious.
However, can I ask one thing? I know everyone suggests Robbins to be the best book and I agree it's the standard.... But what is the difference if I read RamDas Nayak? Like I genuinely want to know if there's some difference, as to why people prioritize Robbins?
I agree the genes and stuff are given in much detail, but the clinical features and morphology... Is that also better in Robbins?
No offence to any other pathology book. Robbins is a text book with knowledge of 5-10 exports every chapter. Rest everything in market is knowledge of a single person. Experience of a book is unmatched !
@@XpressPinnacle Okay Sir Thank you! I didn't want to counter you, I was just genuinely curious because I was unable to decide which book to follow owing to the vastness of this book!
@@s_sanjh Yes understand it :). Even if iwrite a pathology book in future, i will say robbins will be best !
@@XpressPinnacle Thank you Sir for clearing my doubt.... Since I almost finished 2nd year, so I'll follow that idea of yours to read each topic from robbins after my clinics!
Sir either we should read international edition or South Asia edition
Both are good anything you like, follow them.
App is not working not going inside login issues
Sir there're various versions of Robbins , which one is best in UG?
The Pathologic Basis of disease.
I thought I suddenly got def on one ear 😭😂😂
Hello, from Thailand
I am a third-year residency in pathology. I was used to getting systemic tests in 2year but it failed. I try to read Robbin all book and I think it not enough for the test. Please give me an advice, please
Sir how can i join classes? Your app is not working for concepts not pg
The app subscription is over.
Sir is your app for free
sir i think there is audio problem in video. only one sided soumd is coming.
Sir for chapters like injury, inflamation, Neoplasia, what will be the clinical features to start from?
You can use cases from systems. Like inflammation appendicitis, neoplasia - any cancer
Hello everyone can anyone please send me the PDF link of this book thank you
sir i am a 2nd year medical student and i am really very confused whether i should buy the robbins pathologic basis of disease (big robbins) or the robbins basic pathology (medium robbins) can you please help me?
i also have pharmacology and microbiology and i only have 10-11 months for this sir
Bigger version. 10 months is more than enough to read
@@XpressPinnaclesir if I start now I only have 5 months . Will it be possible to complete it ?
What about harsh mohan??
I would prefer you to go to Robbins if you are in second year.. the amount of information Robbins can provide is definitely more
Sir, The book which was presented in this video and the 10th Ed textbook available is different.
I've bought RED color ROBBINS and COTRAN Pathologic basis of disease.
Are these books different? Can anyone put some light on this particular doubt?
Thank you.
Thats fine. It's asian edition.
@@XpressPinnacle Sir, Is there any difference in the above mentioned book and ROBBINS Basic pathology?
What about Robbins Basic Pathology ?
Can i prefer to use Basic patho. !?
I would say go for the bigger one ! Its always good to have a good foundation, Pathologic Basis of disease is much better
@@XpressPinnacle But there are time constrains as we only have 9 months due to this lockdown and also there are motivational issues for studying such a large book. Wouldn't Robbins Basic Pathology suffice ?
Aren't the basic concepts reqired at UG level provided in this book !?
@@jayeshbansal3141 9 months is more than enough to read 3 subjects. The entire Robbins is only a UG book. I would still say go with Pathologic Basis. The choice is yours. ! Shortcuts are always easier !
Okay...., thank you.
What's about Robin Vs Goljan Ripid review patho??
Goljan, is bit tough for a second year. I would prefer robbins adn questions for integration
@@XpressPinnacle OK thank you Sir! But I am in 4rth year and I am studying for step 1.. I was asking for step 1
@@XpressPinnacle and general comparison, if someone only do Goljan as compared to Robin,

Good evening sir
I am waiting for your live classes or app based classes
So plz sir start the classes as soon as possible 🙏🙏😊😊
Plz sir
@@nisargsoni8427 it's in the app
I like to read sir, but get tired after few pages 🥺
There might be two problems
1) Boredem of reading anything - If so please start the habit fo reading, let it be any book
2) Not finding interest in medical books - This you have to develop. And mostly the interest starts when you get it correct. So do this. Take a simple topic, 1 or 2 pages. (lets say hyperplasia, hypertrophy) Then finish it. Since it's a small and easy topic you will complete and the sense of satisfaction and it's possible to do will be there taking you to the next step. !
@@XpressPinnacle Sir, I'll start Robbins again in 3rd prof part 1 and try to read acc to your methodology .
But right after 4 days, 2nd prof exam is going to start and 1st paper is Patho 1 🥺
@@attreyeesaha3273 You will do well. Best wishes !
Hello sir I just entered 2nd year and just discovered your video. Sir which one is father Robbins and which one's mother Robbins? And also which one's better to purchase?
Robbins and Cotran - The Pathological Basis of Disease is Father Robbins
Robbins Basic Pathology is Mother Robbins
Robbins Essential Pathology is chota Robbins
Sir, what's the difference b/t Robbins international and south Asian edition?which could I read?
Both are equally good. SEasian is better for us
@@XpressPinnacle thanks a lot sir
Sir it's too much in content so how should cover both volume
Read gen path carefully and extrapolation to systems.. u can ignore a few... But Robbins is must
@@XpressPinnacle ok sir, so that way can i complete in 9-10 month and how much I should study for neet pg from robbins ?right now I just got in 2 nd year
Sir have you taught usmle batch in dams delhi?... I think I have seen you there...
Sir can we utilize pathoma videos for neet pg?... If yes then how?
I have taught mle batches, i am not with DAMS now, so wont be taking anymore classes. Pathoma is a good source if you are in second year, that should do
Are your videos paid or free ??
No need to read Robbins - Read Ramdas Nayak of Pathology - One person will read Robbins 2 times in 2nd year - but one may read Ramdas Nayak 5 times in 2nd year in the same time.
At the end, what is important is the knowledge that you RETAIN / REMEMBER and not the content that you have read once. And if you feel , some concepts are unclear, you can refer Robbins for only some of the topics.
I am a final year student and I am suggesting you this as a senior. Do this now and thank me later. 😁
No not at all.. Reading a textbook vs a notes from the book has massive difference in the approach. It's not about retaining what you read. You will understand the importance on "textbooks" when u enter practice ! Best wishes Harsh !
@@XpressPinnacle No sir but I do not want to be rude to you.
I am just expressing myself. I strongly believe that my concepts are quite clear than my friends who have read Robbins.
@Harsh - I don't consider it rude at all ! It's your opinion and I welcome it. I would say don't compare with your friends.
You said u are in final year. Now take Robbins if time permits and just read a topic. You will feel the difference
couldnt agree more😁
I have read robbins N its easy to retain it but Ramdhas nayak was very much difficult for me in retaining the concepts ..Thank you!
