In the future, try freeze-drying the green onion stems whole, and cut them afterwards, with scissors. They will intensify flavor, and will last a long time.....unless you use them!😁
You two are rockstars! Canning is a LOT of work and you already work around the clock on your business. Don't know how you do it, but sure is fun to watch!👍
Wow those Mountains are so Amazing, You both are Living the dream, I wish you Both all the Love and Health in the world, Be Careful on those Mountains,
Thank you for the lovely Feast for the EYES: mountains of Heber, the thrifting haul, the fresh white paint on the cottage 🤍🤍 And cooking the fresh foods 😋
Hooray, hooray -- more cottage renovation!!!! Love the garden (and the cooking) of course, but that little cottage with the cute front door. Oh, so adorable. Just so happy y'all created this second channel -- can't wait to see the interior re-do. And another hat-tip to the two of you - I have no idea how you accomplish all that you do!!! Waiting for the Jami and Zeb Time Management Planner System to be introduced. (Only halfway kidding here :-) ) God bless!!!! Thanks again!
You guys are amazing!! Love the recipes of the bread and marinara sauce. All those fresh vegetables are so beautiful to see. I wish there was smellervision!! ❤😋 😋 😋
What a difference a coat of paint makes! The garden has produced so much this year - all the hard work is worth it! Kind regards to you all, Penny in Liverpool 🇬🇧💕
A little bit of everything in this video-love it. The cottage is going to be cute-looks a lot better already. Keep your trim on the simple size to match the simple lines of the cottage.
@@jamiandzeb black should look fresh like real stained glass. And I do like Zeb's idea of new, wider window/ door TRIM too 🤓 ... I'm waiting patiently to see these addtnl steps of beautification 🤍🖤
Love Love Love the storytelling editing of this fun and full video…..Sitting here in the PNW……but I have been numerous times to your Big Salt Lake area……and the Wasatch are not only memorable but a must……
That was so enjoyable to watch. Wish I had a partner to work alongside with. Jami, would it be possible to get your bread recipe. It looked delicious! ❤
Wow!!! 8,000 feet is over 2,400 metres!!!!Neither of you seem to be feeling the effects of altitude sickness? That's pretty high, you are very lucky if you aren't effected by it. Take care. Great vid.
It was high. Had me breathing heavy hiking around but the mountains reach up over 11,000 around here and while we’re not always at the top we hit 8-10,000 feet in elevation a few times a year.
If you ever get a chance to camp in Christmas tree Valley . Make sure to m do so. It was one of the prettiest places I've been. The Golden Trout was pretty, but mushy.
I was just thinking earlier today that I need to email you for your bread recipe. 😊 Do you have to bake it in a Dutch oven? I can’t cook in a Dutch oven anymore because they’re too heavy for me. The cottage looks so much better! I think it would be really cute with shutters on the windows that have some cute detail on them.
I’ve not seen snakes in the mountains here. Not to say there aren’t any but it gets pretty cold at night even in the summer. On the north side of some of these mountains the snow never melts
Not sure what causes bitterness but we wait to pull most of the crop out until the first frost. Once it freezes or at least gets cooler they can sweeten up.
Wouldn't it been better to put it on parchment paper as a or either some saram rap the plastic stuff instead of just putting it right on your nice table.Just saying

We’re not the best at it but we do try lol
Zeb the cottage looked really good after it was painted. Jamie your stew looked wonderful.
It was super tasty

Hard work paying off! Good job
Cottage will be beautiful !!!
I love the idea about the trim so cottage like to.
wow the paint made a such a difference!!!!!
Jami put your parchment and bread dough in a bowl to rise.
This will help it from spreading out and will make it be taller 😊
Cottage looks fantastic!

Don't know why my mom never cooked roasted carrots! I love them, sprinkled with garlic salt and olive oil. Really missed out last 60+ years.
The stained glass cottage door is Absolutely Special UNIQUE❣️Be careful with it!! Its So incredibly charming❣️ complete with the fresh, new roof 👏🏻👏🏻
We’re debating on stripping the wood down and sealing it or painting the wood black to make the glass pop

I can never get enough of these Mountain views
That is beautiful property. If I could have a second home it would be that area
Wow! That's way up in the corner
You guys are amazing !
Everything looks so good
That door looks like it came from Shakey's Pizza Parlors...🤗🍕🍕
That was so enjoyable to watch. Wish I had a partner to work alongside with. Jami, would it be possible to get your bread recipe. It looked delicious! ❤

Love the crusty bread. What kind of flour is that? Do you buy berries or flour? And where? Thank you so much.
We buy Kamut flour and we get it from the food nanny.
The Dutch over or a thick bottom pan. It needs to be thick so it doesn’t burn because it bakes so long
What kind of Snakes are in those Mountains Zeb? I was worried Jami was going to get bite,
I’ve not seen snakes in the mountains here. Not to say there aren’t any but it gets pretty cold at night even in the summer. On the north side of some of these mountains the snow never melts
Did you roast the entire green peppers with the seeds and membrane and add them whole to the blender?
We roasted the entire pepper but pulled the seeds out after
Can you use regular flour? I’m on a quest to learn how to make bread! Thank you!
Yes but the recipes are a little different because Kamut flour is higher in protein and fiber than all purpose flour
did you happen to get a scone at Chicks? They are yummy!
Jami did! She smothered hers in honey.
You don't put cut marks in the top of the bread, before baking?
You can but this loaf has a dense crust so I like to leave it without cuts. I do cuts in my French loaves.
Where do you get your kamut flour?
We get it from the food nanny in salt lake
My carrots were bitter this year and are on a dip irrigation... what causes bitterness??
Not sure what causes bitterness but we wait to pull most of the crop out until the first frost. Once it freezes or at least gets cooler they can sweeten up.
What brand of blender is that?
It’s a kitchenaid
I can’t quite get the name of that flour you used for the bread. I have to make this!!! Help
Hello - I believe they used Kamut Flour? Have a nice day! 🌻
@@ThePosyCo thank you so much! Have a wonderful week ☀️☀️🌻🌻
I love love love living in the Rocky Mountains but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO baking for me :(
Where is the cottage?
Behind our shop by the garden
