Nazi song that mocking the ethnic cleansing against Serbs (Almost 500,000 Serbs were ethnicaly cleansed). In 1995 the Serbs left their homes in Krajina and Croatia on tractors. Croats Nazi Ustashe incite hatred towards Serbs with this kind of tractor symbolism, because tractors are a symbol of Serbian suffering in that Nazi Croatian state.

At first, not easy to decither but once decithered, it's clear what's all about. An anti-war song, anti-Putin, anti-dictatorship, for freedom and free choice of sexual behaviour, almost anarchistic.
Also full of symbols and citations: Hitlers mustache from Charlie Chaplins Great dictator, Queens bohemian rhapsody, Rasputin with nuke rockets in monk costume to destroy the world with "Lenjin" wrtten on his cap and much more symbolisms.

I actually think this was the worst finale we ever had and as a Croat I only knew 2 artists... Kedžo and Let 3 and honestly never listened to Let 3. I always knew they are really crazy and provocative. I do have to say that I am really happy with our choice.

ŠČ (Russian Ŝ), Let3's song about Putin's ("Mother") Russia, is the most appropriate aesthetic-musical Croatian answer for the Eurovision song to the current Russian aggression. So let's decipher the text a bit. "Mama" is constantly repeated in the song: "Mama bought a tractor, Mama loved a moron" ... "Mama" as Mother Russia, and Belarus (Belarus) is by the way a tractor model ... Mother Russia (sub)bought a Tractor (Belarus) from which she also launched aggression, and from which evil also spreads (similarly, they have been "buying" whoever they can for years ... By the way, Putin recently bought Lukashenko a tractor for his birthday). In short, Mother Russia loves a moron - Putin - a little crocodile psychopath, who threatens armageddon, for which the little man goes to war. That's roughly how Let3 sees it lyrically, the only ones on the Croatian scene who sang symbolically and sarcastically about Russian aggression, which is shaping the fate of Europe. Recently, in one of the interviews, when they appeared in a TV studio with rockets with "Lenin" written on them, they stated that Putin is "an example of a braggart who thinks the planet is his toy." That's what the band from the left spectrum is saying, while many others are silent! And as for the other songs, mostly rather empty and worn-out lamentations about the sufferings of love... and for that, it is better to open "The Sufferings of Young Werther"

I would like to add that "krokodilski psihopat" means that he's a cold blooded psychopath cuz crocodiles are cold blooded animals ... and the "armagedon nona" (nona means grandmother in english) is referring to previous ways of how "nona" (or old russia) was always threatening europe. Masterpiece of (music) art.
People want a commercial song with shallow lyrics and easily digestible music for wide audiences. This is not that kind of thing. This is not what people want to hear but what people need to hear. This is an artistic masterpiece. This is an opera (think Bohemian Rhapsody melos). It doesn't try to appeal to the to masses, it is painting you a picture, it is conveying a message. It talks about a war, that's why it's messy but beautifully orchestrated. Its almost permanent crescendo conveys what the insanity and reality of war is while its lyrics speak about the absurdity of it. The absurdity and irony is also apparent in the costumes and choreography which immediately tells you that we've already been trough this. The world already knows this, but we're still going or are in another one as if we haven't learnt anything from the history. Also the costume he wears is supposed to show you the real face of the person capable of starting a war. It is showing how that psychopath looks if we could see his psyche and his mind like we can see his nice Italian suit when we look at him. It's an eyeopening song that is just point out the obvious. And they are not in it to win, I personally think they just want to prove the absurdity of todays humanity because if they loose which they said they will it means people can't see the obvious even when you point it out clearly, and it shows why we are at the place we are today and even today we can't understand the obvious so we can expect the same tragic things in the future.

This is an anti-Putin song with a pinch of Eurovision-mocking spice... Serving meaningful chaos, unlike war in Ukraine (or Eurovision)...
You are in the small select group of youtube reactors who really get this song. Yes, it's political satire, but god is it catchy as hell at the same time. I will be really surprised if this doesn't do really well.

So, they basically put whole thing/rhythm into a popular Istrian folk song "trajna nina", that's why whole song revolves around that rhythm. "Let 3" band is from Rijeka, a city in Croatia close to Istria. 2nd thing is their outfit and performance. this could be their usual outfit (we're used to it in Balkans ever since they started performing) but this exact outfit is representing a dictator, especially Stalin (not Hitler like some ppl mentioned!). Stalin killed a lot of his own ppl in Soviet country, like Putin is doing now in Russia! that's the point. this whole song is about anti-war, anti-Putin (not anti-Russia). next thing is song title "Mama ŠČ", ppl correctly assumed it's "Š" letter (number 25 in Croatian alphabet) and "Č" letter (number 4). you combine those 2 letters you get letter Z (29th letter). so "Mama ŠČ" is actually "Mom Z" aka Mother Russia. next are all the lyrics. so "Mama kupila traktora" - mom bought a tractor, meaning (probably) Lukashenko gifting a tractor to Putin, meaning Belarus agrees to being Russia's ground for military training and everything else, aka Russian's bitch. next one is "Mama volila morona" - mom loved a moron. this basically means Putin is/was in power for decades and noone in Russia could do anything about it, which is true. "trajna nina Armageddon nona" basically revolves around the fact that this whole song is made from that folk song >>my 1st sentence pullout ---> probably meaning PUTIN since it's backwards (play of words).
so this masterpiece of a 3 min song is still being understood fully, with lots of help from my fellow Croatian boys and girls, and there's maybe even more to uncover, since band didn't tell us anything.

The guy with rockets has NJINLЕ - Lenjin [Lenin] on his forehead. So it is quite clear what song is about. MOM is Russia (”Mother” Russia) and little psychopath is Putin, of course. Song is probably sung from viewpoint of a soldier who was forced to war by Putin.

This song is a pure satire. Made to shock young and naive generation. Simply look at reactions here on YT. Young people giggling to it. But they don't get it. Kids like yourself. More then 100k russians died in the war till now. Sent there by psychopath, they will die there or get back as killers or psychopaths themself. Pure truth said through the satire.
