Peach lets bowser kidnap her on purpose because she knows He likes her and isn't trying to do something bad with her. So, she has Pity of bowser or feels something for him. But at the same time, she likes Mario too. Thats why she likes to be recued by Mario. She doesn't know weather she marries with bowser or Mario. And If ALL this theory is true, It turns Peach the true villain of the super Mario games because she makes Mario and bowser fight for her.
