Yes, XQC nailed it. Main tank isn't fun anymore. I played tanks since season 1 and I now hate it. You get stunned, frozen, stunned, hacked, hooked, stunned, stunned AND AGAIN, STUNNED. I started to play DPS/Lucio, because of their mobility and ability to escape these damn stuns. Blizzard needs to do something against it.

I was a main tank main but changed the sides to brig... one idea would be after a stun or something you get a cc immunity or something or the stuns and freezes' get less time when you get stunned a lot in a short time
It should break her shield. Her shield is already on a super low cool down when it breaks. It's 3 seconds. That way she at least has to hide or something in order to hit the most consistent stun in the game. Her stun has a massive hitbox, especially vertically which makes no sense. Breaking her shield would make it more like ana's sleep where it's more of a consumable than a "I'm just gonna shield bash around the map and nobody can do anything about it" kinda deal. It makes her choose protecting or attacking for at least a short while and makes her easier to kill. As it stands, she's basically impossible to kill unless either her whole team dies or she messes up. That's completely unlike any other character. Not only is she impossible to kill, but she also has some of the most effective midfight healing in the game. Her ult is insane, her stun is insane, her healing is insane, and people think she is fine. She's not. She is broken. She does too much too well.
Imagine being in the middle of your Ult, then getting gravitoned, stunned, frozen, etc. while your team is nowhere near you for a good 10 seconds. I was tilted, just watching that abuse.

You have this segment on the LA Gladiator channel where they show us their comms and it’s awesome. The CC in this game is a little crazy right now. Nerfing Brigitte’s stun would be a good start, because it might also fix the problem of GOATS.

Skill based ults are still absolutely shut down by all the cc in the game. Genji gets one-shot by brig stun as soon as he pulls blade, winston gets cc'd, booped, pushed, pulled, cc'd again, hacked, and killed. cc comps are just too consistent for skill to do anything against.
I honestly agree... The only tanks I play now are zarya and orisa just cause of their ability to fight back against the aids. Whenever I rein I get stunned, punched, hooked, concussioned, my shield breaks in less than 2 seconds, my earthshatters rarely ever work so whatever. I play mostly supports anyways with the occasional pharah and junkrat if I don't gotta tank

Other than Libero keeping to himself, Pines big boss persona, Jjonak talking shit, Saebyeolbe being captain charisma (he’s actually New Yorks captain), Arks interesting background of education and being wholesome as well as helpful to fans, Mano being a copy of Mickie but not as exaggerated and Meko being kinda the middle child of the team and always saying stuff that ends up being funny. Considering no one other than Ark is fluent in English this says a lot about the team also doesn’t hurt that they were the best team during the season.
While I definitely agree with you, I think that a lot of teams have done decent or even great PR, not just the NYXL. Fuel, Spitfire and Shock are some that I feel like, has fun personalities that they utilize well

I don't think that's the problem, I think it's more that there's less anti CC. There were cc before, but the only way to prevent cc (or hack or freeze) is Zarya bubble and Orisa fortify. Give more options to counter cc, and it won't feel bad.

Grinning Mickie. Handsome but arrogant Fissure. The entertaining carry players of Profit, Fleta, Striker and Carpe. Team leader Jehong who has been flexing to every role under the sun. The on and off Birdring who can either pull it out of the bag or let London lose. Sayaplayer who strikes fear into the hearts of other widows. Balls to the wall Fragi. Jjonak the support carry. The likeable Surefour and Agilities. Shit talking Sinatraa Jake who talks too much. These players develop their personality through their unique playstyles or incredible achievements and it somehow allows the audience to build their personalities in their own mind.
Maybe Blizzard should add a new character (support/tank hybrid?) who's ultimate is like Orisa's fortify ability for the entire team for a duration of time within a certain radius. So, you can still take damage during the ultimate, but you are immune to all crowd control abilities like hacking, stuns and knockbacks.
I absolutely agree with most of what he said, but the fact he still kinda reps the Dallas Fuel such as him wearing the shirt because he made a lot of friends on the team genuinely makes me happy -- even though they dropped him.
Overwatch is already dying. Just look at the Twitch player numbers. Every change they make to classes or every new class introduced breaks other things and destroys the pre-existing synergy. Blizzard are doing to Overwatch what they did to WoW, and the ONLY reason this game hasnt failed sooner is the capital they pump in to artificially prop up the playerbase. Oh, and i absolutely LOVE XQC.. one of the few players/people who actually speaks their mind and has a personality.. Keep up the good work XQC and hopefully one day you will find a team and game that actually support you!

I love Hammond cause he's SUPER mobile, most mobile character in game (can outrun tracer and lucio easy) but he's a tank! He's so good at disrupting enemy team, I see 2 people switch off just to combat me with sombra/mei. Reinharts chase me all day cause they hate me :p I swing swing swing right into their shields :p Love Wrecking Ball. Who I don't like? Dva. Auto 100% pick in amateurs and pros, so stale-boring. She can do anything she wants basically, no reload, a shield, fly anywhere, rockets, second life, best ultimate in game (not even counting biggest radius/most dmg, it holds overtime point for lose).
XQC: competing was maybe less rewarding for him (Seagull) - let us not forget, KyKy benched Birdman pretty much all season and seagull only gets to show up when Taimou takes a long shit on that fateful day. Dallas Fuel was such a train wreck

I play main tank and when I Que it's very hard to find someone who plays tank too and I do n't blame them. Some games especially if the enemy team has a Brig and Doom I literally get thrown around all it's so ridiculous. Noone enjoys that.

Maybe Blizzard should add a new character (support/tank hybrid?) who's ultimate is like Orisa's fortify ability for the entire team for a duration of time within a certain radius. So, you can still take damage during the ultimate, but you are immune to all crowd control abilities like hacking, stuns and knockbacks.

I absolutely agree with most of what he said, but the fact he still kinda reps the Dallas Fuel such as him wearing the shirt because he made a lot of friends on the team genuinely makes me happy -- even though they dropped him.
Overwatch is already dying. Just look at the Twitch player numbers.
Every change they make to classes or every new class introduced breaks other things and destroys the pre-existing synergy.
Blizzard are doing to Overwatch what they did to WoW, and the ONLY reason this game hasnt failed sooner is the capital they pump in to artificially prop up the playerbase.
Oh, and i absolutely LOVE XQC.. one of the few players/people who actually speaks their mind and has a personality.. Keep up the good work XQC and hopefully one day you will find a team and game that actually support you!

I love Hammond cause he's SUPER mobile, most mobile character in game (can outrun tracer and lucio easy) but he's a tank! He's so good at disrupting enemy team, I see 2 people switch off just to combat me with sombra/mei. Reinharts chase me all day cause they hate me :p I swing swing swing right into their shields :p Love Wrecking Ball. Who I don't like? Dva. Auto 100% pick in amateurs and pros, so stale-boring. She can do anything she wants basically, no reload, a shield, fly anywhere, rockets, second life, best ultimate in game (not even counting biggest radius/most dmg, it holds overtime point for lose).
XQC: competing was maybe less rewarding for him (Seagull) - let us not forget, KyKy benched Birdman pretty much all season and seagull only gets to show up when Taimou takes a long shit on that fateful day. Dallas Fuel was such a train wreck
They don't cut to comms during big moments because it's just players going "FUCK" and "HELL YEAH GET SHIT ON"
Honestly, I still main tank because I'm a stubborn bastard, and I will get stunned, hacked, and frozen to set up my Genji's 4 man blade, or my Soldier's 3k
I play main tank and when I Que it's very hard to find someone who plays tank too and I do n't blame them. Some games especially if the enemy team has a Brig and Doom I literally get thrown around all it's so ridiculous. Noone enjoys that.
I prefer Overwatch but Paladins definitely has better gameplay, I like Overwatch for the graphics and user friendly interface

give cc resist to every tank. You can tweak other values to balance after doing that first.

Xqc has some really good points and provides some good arguements.
If you want to play tanks and have fun you're playing the wrong game, paladins does a lot better job of actually making characters fun.
Or you know if you're a main tank group up with healers and good dps and you won't have a problem as a tank main myself well still yet to master Zarya, Winston but other than that I'm a Reinhardt, Hog main Reinhardt can counter so many people if you take the time to master him, be paitent, bait out people abilities etc and be agressive but know when to back out and what not its so easy.
I maybe diamond but hit low masters and can't go futher due to my illness but it maybe quick play but thats just as cancer as comp or even worse lol
Those are just my thoughts though, i'll never stop playing tank cause other roles are boring for me.
