Given Shilpa is someone who strongly believes in self improvement, I noticed that she keeps smiling at times without reason. Literally there is a constant smile on the face even when you are making a serious point. I think you should balance it to hold the body position better.
It might come across as critiquing shilpa, but it’s not. I like her as an individual but it’s important to hold the facial smile and body position and have a balance in them in general!
I think u never smile or laugh in your entire life. Smile is something brings positivity to your life.
