everyone visualizes all day every day....your entire life is a visualization...great vid Mike
The soul has an energy towards certain feelings/emotions. Pay attention to those details. Go to those feelings that you want to feel and figure out a way to deal with them. At the beginning you might have some traction with your actions, but once you forget about those thoughts you'll look for a way.
