I always liked this little shuttle pod. It’s one of the few Trek shuttles where the tendency to make the nacelles resemble the parent ship’s styling actually makes complete sense. The Defiant is so small that it figures they would need a customized ship.

This little shuttle type got plenty of use. And if The Sisko approves, it's good enough for me
Wonder why the launch out of the Defiant wasn't shown. That was probably the most iconic shot of the small pod.
