This infamous level, with the inconsistent cliff boundaries, colorful trees and fallen leaves, and the many dispersed ninja dogs all around. How could I possibly forget? I've always loved the music for this stage. The whole atmosphere of this specific one encaptured me. I remember sitting back, watching my brother play in front of me, since I had not had the skill to stealthily sneak pass by back then. I also still remember the ending area of this stage; the herb was located on a narrow cliff extending outwards into the abyss, and there was a beam of light shining down on it. How memorable!
I remember there's a part where you can grapple hook your way to the flower near the end without having to take the long route ;p this song is soooo beautiful!
I like the Wii iteration, and thought it really put the stealth back into the game. Even with layouts memorized, I couldn't just storm through the game with blinding speed. Every choice I made was a deliberate one with risk.
@ShadowYamoto there were some amazing tracks and yes this one stands out as the superior song because of the meaning behind the instruments collaboration. can anyone ever remember the credit song for tenchu 2, that was an emotional piece of mellifluous music :)
@PureToxicYouth81 after playing a few woeful tenchu games recently, yes I would have to say now that tenchu 3 wasn't all that bad, but it still lacked something, can't put my finger on it, but I had this amazing experience with the first and second game I when the third instalment was released I was let-donw immensley. :)
Great music from a great game! But what does the title mean; I think 'hime' is princess, 'no' means 'apostrophe s' (the possessive) but I don't know what 'taibyo' means.
so? and now we all need to line up and start clapping for u, saying how cool u are and stuff, and after that tell u now u should learn to stay off the capslock?
when will be get a proper tenchu game that's not shit. the first and second game was brilliant, but the series went to hell after that. don't get my started on the wii iteration because it was so boring. I want freedom in my tenchu games

This would be the best ninja game if not for Ninja Gaiden 2.... but then this game has much better ost.
