Y'all are talking about *Ciara (her instagram is ciarachristian). There is a CiERRA but she isn't in this video. CiERRA also gets called C, but CiARA doesn't (as far as I know) so that makes it easier to distinguish who we are talking about in comments. To make everything even more confusing, CiARA and CiERRA dance in the same classes sometimes and the comments of those videos are even more confusing because no one can tell which lady we're even talking about.
