    I love the fact that you DON’T use canned or processed foods or spices!!!! 🥰 I also stopped using all that crap a while ago and cook from scratch, it may take a little bit longer but the POSITIVE health outcomes & taste are IMMEASURABLE!!

    It looks good but my Haiti friends give me a recipe and she put coconut milk in it and it was delicious

    This is great,you are awesome.i kept asking my husband if ble was bulgar and he said he didn't know-ble is ble!! Google says ble is corn, which i know it can't be!! You are so terrific,he has pre-diabetes so we are cutting back on white rice and he's been grumpy.lol he bought a bag of ble in a Haitian market but nobody knew the English for it so i could know how to cook it!!!

      Must be honyi just made some, It was pat as always put I still like it. I love blè . I eat it without meat with no problem. Yummy 😋

      Awesome and Welcome! Yes you can use Middle Eastern Bulgur wheat, I look it up it's called Freeken, the more corse and brown the better.
