Was looking for a video on how to remove the carb on my old husky rancher 61 and came across your fuel line video. It was very good and the info will come in very handy. Thanks for you taking the time and effort to post it.
I dont mean to be offtopic but does anybody know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid lost my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
@Holden Rey I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
You can find a fuel line here.. rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_id=114&ipn=icep&toolid=20004&campid=5338260766&mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F303088727333
I have a 61 with a fuel line that is parallel all the way along. That is a plain hose. No taper bit. Is it possible to fit the new one with the taper. Looks like the hose in the top of the tank is not big enough.
@@stuffnsuch631 i have 61 from 30+ years ago jugoslavian version/licenced 61FF !! i see that covers and lot of parts are similar/same with 272/xp at least on aliexpress and cocer costs 10-14$ but they dont say its for 61 too even picture are same and cover anywhere else are hard or impossible to find
@@Mr11ESSE111 if you want you can send me a pic to tundrachainsaw@gmail.com from the recoil cover side. I'll tell you in a second. They moved the screws for the top cover on the recoil cover side back about 1/2 inch. If the top cover screws are ahead of the recoil cover it's old pattern and if they are behind (closer to the throttle) its new and will fit the 272 covers

Thanks so much you saved my ass!
@Emanuel Isaac you are welcome :D
Thank you very much sir!
Greetings from Herzegovina
I use a piece of weed eater line to thread the hose in it fits inside the new line and is easier to thread through the tank
Great idea!

Great video can you confirm that the fuel filter goes on the end which has raised lines on it please.
Yes I'm pretty sure it does. You want the longer section in the tank
Thanks, that's exactly what I needed to see!

Those pesky fuel lines. Nothing worse than being out in the bush and having a fuel line with a pinhole in it!
It def can make a puzzler, seems now if its a puzzler just start w a fuel line. Warm weather ahead !!
