I saw you on the leaderboard and was like "HOW THEY GOT UNDER TWO MINUTES?!?". Haha, great job! I'm trying to beat myself and I was sure you must have got many Chaos Controls. I am genuinely surprised how many roads this game has, as I learnt thing or two from this video I had no idea existed, even tho I spent a lot of time on this stage already :D Thank you for inspiration ^^
@@justasinglesummon3912 so the most important part is the first spear, you gotta get the timing right to carry the momentum of your boost. After that it's pretty easily carried by mashing or tapping in a rhythm. Carrying it through a doublejump is pretty precise on the timing too
@ I’ve found one other important thing(on console at least), push to joystick towards the point you want to move, let go, then press boost and then throw chaos spear
Out of curiosity, where did that fourth Chaos Control charge at 0:45 cone from? I can clearly tell where the first three are from, but I can't figure out where that one came from.
More like 2:33:- - (going by the video runtime until the goal line), since Chaos Control freezes the in-game timer. That’s just me being annoying; I just started this and I have no idea how to get as good as you make this look. Can’t wait to see more!
So speed runs on this game are really weird. On one hand you have in game recorded time which can be affected by chaos control. On the other yoh have actual time. So my question is which is counted as an actual speed run time? Regardless this is insane. I took a shot at it and i got about the same actual time but my recorded time was 2:26.20.
@@Yuno6_66 for the leaderboards of individual levels it's the in-game timer that matters For fullgame runs it'll be the actual time spent Makes for a nice difference in strats, both cool
Already speedrunning the stages? What a gamer
We're so back
The sync with the Doom Morph and the music in 1:07 is insane.

Actually Any% speedrunning is back, bois! Like, holy shit yall are nuts!
you make it look like a lore accurate shadow bruh 💀
I was thinking since Shadow was on this island in Sonic generations I think there might be Sonic frontiers DLC for Shadow
When chaos island is the best
Does anybody have any tips on the doom spear tech? I can’t seem to keep the amount of speed I see a lot other players pull off
i second this, i can't get it right 😭

It’s simple: Once you air boost, hold down the button and immediately start mashing the chaos spear button. You’ll keep that momentum

The enemies he boosted through
That's a glitch, explained in the decription
@@K2niarDneK it's a duplication glitch, explanation in the description if you're curious!
How long until the leaderboards are filled with hackers
I reckon another day or two.
@@DoctorRose or like glitchers, that might get patched and then they times will never be legit beaten, like with previous sanics
On steam it's soon
@@rmat9023Leaderboards gonna be in shambles if SEGA makes the time count RT instead of the in game time
