You skipped the entire element tutorial quest, so.... here's what you missed There are five elements, water > fire > air > earth > electric Enemies will show which elements they are weak to or strong against under their nametag Enemies can also do elemental damage, meaning you also have elemental weaknesses and protections, which come from your gear You were given a weapon that deals all elemental damage, and you were supposed to test them against the dummies. It would deal about ~7 of each element's damage to them, except for the element they were weak to which would take about ~16 damage and they wouldn't take any damage at all from the element they resist. Also, you can remove powders from items for free. It was the only button you didn't read in the powder merchant, lol
21:51 I’ve been waiting to get to this dungeon! Cant wait to see how you do! Got the perfect thumbnail made up for it already! Hahaha! Hope the next few eps I’ll be there!
as you already noticed your mana cost gets higher the more chain spells you do, you can however cast another spell to reset it, you can teleport once twice or thrice and then use something cheap like the ice snake or heal spell, and if you have enough mana regen you can pretty much fly its pretty fun
you can also sell the ingredient pouch items directly from your pouch for a bit of extra emeralds, unless you'd like to keep em which in that case better off dumping the items on your bank
I noticed that you don’t seem to know much about the ability tree so: The mages ability tree is very good. There are three archetypes that you can choose. Arcanist, Riftwalker, and lightbender. Arcanist seems to be the path you are choosing and it is about spell spam, lots of mana, without heal spell it can be a bit tough to survive, and finally it’s good aoe. Lightbender has the most healing and good single target damage with your orbs. Riftwalker is the best single target damage (I haven’t used it so I don’t know if it’s good.) My favorite is mostly light bender and a little riftwalker. After using arcanist for levels 1-50 I found it getting hard to survive. It’s your choice of what you want to do, but you should do some of your own research. If you want to change your ability tree you need to complete the quest Recalling the Past.
i would like to add Riftwalker is (afaik) the best mage subclass overall because of the stack damage (also my personal favorite because of the speed boosts) but arcanist is super fun just due to the burst damage thing like halfway through the tree. edits: but yeah, I agree, i'm at combat level like sixty something and big quests and bossfights often require many attempts and a bunch of potions because the heal spell is just so damn powerful. Arcanist is powerful as well, but it's definitely fragile, especially when the multi-hits on certain enemies start one-shotting 💀
I will be slowing down in future episodes and reading more of the story! I got too ahead of myself. Thank you for the feedback.

Some people told me crafting wasn't worth the time unless you want a specific item. So I probably will sell

Thank you for telling me about the quest to respec. Is respecing free or does it cost something?
@@pyroswarm You only need 3 ability shards.
@@Emberflies2413 Doesn't seem too tough, thanks again
