- Delicious Arvi Baingan Recipe 😍
Ingredients:
-Arvi (taro root) 400g
-1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
-1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
-Baingan(brinjal long) 700g
-2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
-1.5 Tsp Salt
-2 Onions (250 g)
-1 cup Oil
-1 Tsp Garam Masala
-3 Green Chillies
-4 Tbsp yogurt
Recipe:
*In a bowl add peeled and cut okra.
*Add 3 tbsp salt and cover okra completely and let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes..
*Add oil in a pan,add sliced onion in warm oil and let it simmer until its golden brown
*Add ginger garlic paste and cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
*Add tomatoes and cook it covered on low flame for 10 minutes.
*Then cook it on medium heat until moisture is evaporated .
*Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Run arvi through water and rub it with the help of a beater or your hands until it's not slippery anymore.
-Add arvi and keep it sauteing until oil is separated.
-Add green chillies and half cup water.
-Cook on medium flame until 50% soft.
-Add brinjal in water after cutting so it won't change its color.
-Add brinjal and yogurt to the mixture and cook on low flame until completely done.
-Add garam masala and gently stir until moisture evaporates.
-Delicious arvi baingan recipe is ready you can serve it with my chapati recipe.
