It is restricted to 16mph ...you can turn it up to 30mph

How hard is it for an adult to ride or drive this 150 (is it comfortable)

It's not bad at all ..it go about 30 and if my buddies and family didn't all have 1000 I'd get one🤣

Also depends how tall you are ,definitely not as much leg room as a full size one
