- Winter was off to such a mild start this year, but we are really paying for it now! It's been snowing like crazy all day and the winds are incredibly strong!
A good day to spend by the woodstove working on garden plans.

I grew up in NH then moved to Texas. It wasn't until I moved to Maryland that I realized how much I missed snow :) My MD friends don't appreciate my prayers for snow ;)
That's amazing! I've never seen snow falling. Just stuff that's already frozen on the ground!!

We had a really mild start this winter too, but we're in a deep freeze right now. The snow does look pretty in your video, but I know the cold and wind aren't as nice!
Looks so beautiful though, we didn't get much of any thing here in Oklahoma stay warm :)

Oh well, just think of all the nitrogen that's being put on the garden though!! We actually had some snow here today, lasted just long enough to take some pictures and then it all turned to rain, but the northern end of the county looks like got a couple of inches!
