A good number of places in Cebu make the best lechon in the country. Even Labangon has their own good inasalan. Back then, if I remember correctly, it was Talisay that was first and foremost and the only well known place for lechon. Carcar always had their chicharon, ampao and bocarillo. How they've come to compete with Talisay in lechon name recognition may be relatively new. @7:39 I've never seen an (anti-Lamok/Langaw Device) electric fan that big before! Also, there doesn't seem to be flies (langaw) in this market. That's a really good thing. This could mean that their LGU has a very good sanitation program --- no standing water, covered water drains, no open air garbage piles, other waste disposal, etc. Nice video, thank you.
The very best tasting ( INASAL🐖 ) are the ones that had been sitting around for a very long time and many flies have landed on them and many hands have been touching them and also mixed with the ( Inasal Vendor's 'SALIVA' ). Those Inasal are truly the very best tasting.
Dapat atimanon gyud ni sa lgu ang food industry sa carcar.... Dapat clean and honest pud.... Daghan ko nabasahan nga comments sa uban vlog nga tikasan daw kaayo na sila sa timbangan... Mandaraya ba...
Sarap! Di sa ko naa pay ASF, its a serious illness pls. do not take it for granted, what the governor eats in Capitol is a show-off to protect the industry that pig she ate comes from the Capitol backyard. So, its like eat at your own risk!!!!!!!!!
