Who knows that Bankok is No1 of Asia? I have never heard it but I live in Asia.... Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Dubai are best cities in Asia. Technically, Bangkok is not best city in Asia. I think you are Thai people. As Thai is just tropical regions and has low market price, that's because Bangkok become most visited city in Asia. lol
I do loved bangkok the best country ever. I am from Manila Philippines I hope expedia you can make some video about my country and some of our beautiful beaches here in the Philippines 😍🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

Attracted by this video, I visited Bangkok. It is a very interesting place to go that has good combination of historical and modern culture. New year's celebration is also fascinating.

Your VDO is so attractive!! I have been to my hometown Bangkok last month. There are many reasons why Bangkok is the best city to visit at any time of the year. Especially the food is so good, You won't be disappointed :)
Hi there - My name is Cameron Langille. I am a production Intern at The Weather Network in Canada. I saw the video Bangkok Vacation Travel Guide. I really loved the footage you have of the great city. I was hoping to include it in our Top 5 video series. It would be number one of the Top 5 most visited city's in the world. So I'm writing you in hopes that I can get permission! When you get a moment I'd love to hear from you. Until then take care! Cheers, Cameron Langille Weather Network Production Intern
My brother will go to Bangkok on a business trip of the work.Enviable.Bangkok is a high temperature city throughout the year.I want to pray for the safety of the my brother.
StraightM That's right, because you never went there you don't know shit. I felt really safe in Bangkok, maybe the only thing which is dangerous is the traffic. Gang fights are in every capitol city, though it doesn't mean it's dangerous. Most of those shooting are on the outskirts in the ghetto.
You only look at video's and think you know Bangkok. Again you've never been there, there are a few million tourists per year and hardly does something happen there, do you even know how big Bangkok is. I have been there. It's better that ignorant people like you don't leave your country. You don't even know where I am from. I am from Europe you idiot.
E I N S then go live in cave. because this world is dangerous not just bangkok. are you one those moron that watches video and judge it by the video? without even going there yourself? good you would never go there. stay away from everyone country no one needs an arrogant fuck like you anywhere. being from europe is a good thing? european are known to kill rape torture just look at your history and the colonial days even today. look at what you are doing to the middle east. and i been to europe its clean but not every city and i seen fight break out on the street road rage and people fighting over whores. and yet you wanna shit on 3rd world countries? even your 1st world countries act like animals. Bangkok is situated in central Thailand on the Chao Phraya River Delta(昭帕耶河三角洲). Starting life as a small trading post in the 15th century, today the Thai capital is home to over 8 million people and is a Southeast Asian financial and political powerhouse. Tropical Bangkok enjoys one of the world's steamiest climates. It's also one of the world's hottest travel destinations. Judged on criteria like culture, attractions, cuisine, shopping and value for money, Bangkok repeatedly wins the highest Travel Awards for world's best city. Bangkok is a kaleidoscope of contrasts that charms and assaults the senses simultaneously, and it's these contrasts between the old and the new, the energetic and the serene that keep travelers coming back. Bangkok is also known as Krung Thep-the City of Angels. First timers confronted with this steamy sprawling metropolis might wonder where all the angels are, but they're here watch the gentle gestures of the people and you'll begin to understand. At the city's heart lies its river and canals. Climb aboard a longtail boat to experience the city from the cool of its waters, then hop off at one of the many temples which line the river. One of the most important is Wat Pho, home of the reclining Buddha. Be sure to admire the statues feet inlaid with 108 mother-of-pearl symbols which symbolized the Buddha. Then drop coins into the 108 bronze bowls for blessings and good fortune. The Thai attention to detail you'll see in the temples spills out into Bangkok's daily life. Each year during the festival of Loi Krathong (water lantern festival) Thais gather to create incredibly decorative offerings for the water spirits. Releasing these offerings represents the letting go of anger and negative thoughts. Perhaps that's what keeps Bangkok locals so calm and good-natured even when the monsoonal waters occasionally rise. Thailand is a country of great traditions. Even the simplest acts are done with skill and grace, especially its culinary arts. From the 5-star to the funky, there are over 50,000 places to eat in Bangkok. But if you're a foodie in search of paradise, you'll find it on Bangkok streets. Many travelers come to Bangkok just for the street food and it's a bargain. And while some come to eat, others come to shop. At times it seems the entire city is one gigantic street market, from fabrics to spices handicrafts to clothing, Bangkok is a shopaholic heaven. Central to the time mindset is the word Sanuk which means fun. Thai nightlife is legendary. For a great night out, head to Khao San road. For over 20 years, Khao San road has been a major backpackers’ hub, a great place to pick up vacation tips and to party with travelers from all over the globe. While Bangkok is a complete destination in itself, other treasures like just beyond the city. An hour's journey to the north lies the ancient Thai capital of Ayutthaya. Rent a bicycle and spend a day exploring the network of ruins of this once great city. For a completely different experience, head south and explore the nightlife in the seaside resort town of Pattaya. Bangkok is just a short flight away from some of the world's best beach, island, jungle and cultural destinations, but don't just stop over a pass through. Do as the angels do and stay a while in Bangkok.
Hi Expedia, we love your video on Bangkok, we went there last year and loved it so much we decided to do our own vid, called Things to do in Bangkok. We hope you like it :)

@expedia, we seriously need a lot more Asian destinations!! You still haven't covered anywhere in mainland China or so many Asian countries. I want to see Myanmar, India, Laos or Philippines. I know lots of people are looking forinformation to go backpacking in these places... So why skimping on the biggest continent in the world by size and population?
I think Thailand will be the next Asian country I will visit. I also read it's the cheapest tourist destination in the world. But she may be right about steamy climate. Someone told me there is no difference in temp/humidity between summer and winter.
I miss Bangkok so much. I can't get over how friendly people are, how hot it is there, how cheap it is, and how delicious the food is
