- Andrew (Aga Mulach) belongs to an ultra conservative family in Cebu. He is smart and articulate. He wants his woman to be a "yes-man" just like Margarita (Aileen Damiles) his girlfriend of four years. They are now engaged to be married. Anya (Regine Velasquez) is a product of a dysfunctional but loving family. She manages a small time forwarding business. She's a brave woman and knows how to take care of herself. Conflict arises when Andrew and Anya cross path. Anya accidentally bumps Andrew's car while backing up. Both were arguing whose fault it was. Until a demand letter is sent to Anya coming from Andrew's car insurance company. Anya furiously confronts him. Later Anya discovers that Andrew is her client and she apologizes. She offers to treat him out to dinner. This becomes the start of the proverbial beautiful friendship. Who will Andrew choose to marry? Margarita or Anya?
