The long ass detour is because of the destructable rocks that are chocking the map so much, so units have to be funnelled to the middle via long ass detours that are just dumb.
Minerals too. There's 3 paths and a whole base alone blocked by minerals.

No, I commented it before in an earlier video, players in leagues below Diamond do not know about Recall.
I don't think players below Diamond know anything that is not part of the single-player campaign, and may not even know everything featured in that.

This kind of games are like bronce league heroes. It can be interesting to watch but in a fun way. You cant take this too seriously because players dont know all mechanics and what to do.
