Wish I had some tips for you but a favorite outlet of mine - when needed- is crying. When I’m overwhelmed, fighting demons and nothing is working I allow myself to cry. If numbness has kicked in I listen to sad music and literally just get into the zone and cry my little heart out. Something I've realized about self care is that it can be a part of my daily life, i.e being gentle with myself in everything I do. It's not necessarily a particular day: 'self care day', rather it's a habit

I really enjoy your videos 💕 i also faced a panic attack for 2 days and i thought it will just go away in a couple of minutes. It became even worse and everything you said is what i went through. I even thought it was a heart attack and idk how but after watching this it slowed down. ps: i think your really amazing 🫶🏾

I also came to realize recently nature is so calming and i spend more time around nature these days😊and i'm glad you've found your outlet👏
