I think the red ribbon with momo and dahyun, the red line on the pinkies of jihyo and nayeon, the red line everywhere in the animation symbolizes the red thread of fate. They are tied together by fate/destiny forever. But absolutely agree this is a song to each other. Its touching and vibey. TWICE always brings excellence when they release music!
I also just noticed the only members in the entire MV to look out the boats window at the dark, scary stormy sea is Mina and Jeongyeon, the only members to ever take a hiatus.. which after looking out they turn back to their safe space - the members.

She has always been the rock the one they turn too the one they need because of her inner strength and her giving heart. Before any one says the H word remember the truth, she took time off to recover from NECK SURGERY. You have to take steroids to rehabilitate and a side effect is weight gain, she got massive hate did you actually ever see her care, nope, she was born to be on stage and NOTHING will stop her from being there. Her giving heart is why she is a lead singer with as little as 8 seconds in a couple of songs, because she gives her lines to the other members. She's an angel and those of us who bias her have to hope one day the girls will make her do a solo, hopefully an album. I do agree that Mina and Jeongyeon looking at the storm has significance but I see them looking with indifference telling us that it didn't effect them because yea they have each other. OT9 forever.
Jihyo mentioned during her birthday live that this was a song they all fought to become a title track. They wanted to release a song that perfectly describes their friendship. So yeah, this is a song for the members. This is one thing about TWICE and what separates them from a lot of groups- their genuine love for each other.
