Im married with my husband since 8 years and we are few living like Miss Moon in Korea just we don’t expose ourselves, personally I’m shy and I don’t want to get criticized cause I’m sensitive 🤣
International couple here too living in Korea. Happily married for almost 5 years 😊 I bet there are a lot of us. I don’t feel my marriage is that different from any other successful relationship in the world so don’t feel the need to talk about it. Just another couple who fell in love and are enjoying life together.
I’m so happy that you and Mr.Moon are in a home together. I’ve been watching since I was 14 and now I’m 20. I hope you too enjoy your new home to the fullest.
You know what, I just remembered your tiny apartment in seoul back in the day. Girl it is so wholesome seeing you, the family, kids, in-laws... You deserve all happiness!
@@MrsMeganMoon hei, why don't u rent 1 or 2 rooms for ur friends who wanting to rents rather than unused spaces. It's could be a smart invest or do some business from home. Love seeing ur family vlog❤
You can never have too much storage! It's a really unusual house, the concrete is so industrial and then suddenly you have all the blue and then loads of different rooms. The extra kitchen thing will probably come in handy for the bigger projects like kimchi making many families do and you'd still have your regular kitchen to make dinner.
I get brand new middle school building vibes from that odd blue. It's such an odd contrast with the stairs and handrail. Actually, that's exactly the shade of blue one of my schools had when I was a kid.
@@XSemperIdem5 I think sometimes architects really get into "different". I used to stay in a town that was for the most part very newly created and you'd have all kinds of mad house designs, one street would have bright blue tiles somewhere in the wall. I called it a duplo town as many of the designs were with kid colours. Not great against the dutch grey skies. But at least it had some personality which is often lacking in buildings too. And yes, the clay room and the stairs seemed like an old style versus all the modern window treatments.
I just bought my first home. Here in Chicago as that's where dad has to live because of his job, and I work right next to the city, and live across from my son's school, which is great. Butttt... I have like, no storage in this house. I don't even have a kitchen table. I can't fit one. So watching this house tour is like porn for me. lol To be fair, the basement is unfinished, which will yield lots of room when I have the money, and I do have a driveway, a large backyard, as well a big pool for my son to play in. I traded space inside for stuff outside. Give and take. lol
Consider being on the same level as your babies when you sleep in case of fire and make sure to have hook ladders to be able to get out. Hubby’s a firefighter. Love your new house and enjoy watching the babies grow!
I'm a 911 dispatcher and former medic and I cannot believe hook ladders have never occurred to me. What a great idea. I'd love to share this at work with the public, but since everything in the US is a potential lawsuit, I won't dare. With my luck, I'll suggest it to some people, they'll use it improperly, fall and break their leg, and then claim the police department/fire department (AKA me) told them to. Or worse yet, they'll buy a cheap one, not install it properly, and try to use it instead of escaping and something horrible happens and now we're to blame AND someone lost their life. But I will tell friends about it! lol
I remember when I was a kid and we lived in a flat my parents used to keep this ladder in their room so that if there was a fire they could hang it out the window and we could climb down to safety
I just want to thank Megan for taking us along her Korean journey since the beginning! It's a privilege and so heartwarming to see how far you've come and your family vlogs never fail to get me smiling no matter how depressed I am. Thank you for spreading all the positivity and uplifting energy!
While my kids are teens and pre-teens, I remember that life could be kicking my butt, but my kids were always taken care of. Seeing you organizing your new home but the babies room was together gave me flash back of when mine were little. Congrats on the new house, it’s very beautiful!!🎉🎉❤❤
What i love most about this channel is its authenticity. She gives us glimpses into their life that are real, not staged and whitewashed. Love the realness.
Right! The weather today is really bad where I live so my toddler and I are sitting amongst loads of toys, and throws and cushions he's pulled off the couch. There's a wash that needs to be put out and clean washing that needs to be put away but he just wanted to hug and cuddle this morning so I think I made the right choice. We can't get this time back but there'll always be laundry unless I win the lotto!
Gotta tell you, my daughter also liked getting into the cat food. So I moved the cat food were she could not see it, bought another plate and put dry soybeans in it. She thought she had hit the jackpot when I let her eat the “cat food.” Princess (the cat) was a bit confused for a few days though, wondering why I was giving her that crappy food. She quickly learned to only look for food in the bowl with the “real” cat food. 😂
Megan SUUUUPER impressed you laid that lawn yourself! I think a rotary tiller may have helped loosen up the soil to help the grass take root. Hopefully it meant you could skip the gym a few days after that workout!!! Love the house and that heated room is very cool (but warm, lol). What an interesting layout, I love it! You guys have plenty of room to grow into it. If you ever decided to do decorating videos, I'd love to watch. The second kitchen makes me very curious how the last owners had everything setup.
Honestly that would be a food bloggers dream space I think. Enough space to set up a camera in front of the island and then you can just close the door afterwards, so work or your hobby and day-to-day life doesn't spill into each other
You can never have enough storage and as someone who grew up in 2½ bathroom house with 4 people, believe me, once your kids turn older, you'll be very glad to have 3 bathrooms. Especially once puberty hits 😂
I’m so happy for your family. Children and an actual grass yard is really good! All the space to move and play, and if y’all ever set up a vegetable garden, that would mean little helping hands💜

I've been following you for 8 years now and your vids are always so fun and it's been fun seeing you go through different stages and become more and more successful as the years go on. You've been one of 2 or 3 UA-camrs I've consistently watched for so long.
Congrats on the new home. Loved the tour. It’s great that you’re are so down to earth. Your house looks like a regular lived in house and not like a sterile museum. It’s cozy and peaceful. I loved the kitty cats too. I just discovered you and I really enjoy your content.
It's nice to see homes in different countries because I'm so used to seeing the "open concept" American layout, which I love, but I also love this. Every room has its own thing going.
Yes I'm from the US where open concept has been the rage for years (and if you watch any HGTV or Magnolia or whatever it is now, which my mother does constantly, they ALWAYS tear down walls for open concept!!). But, I've lived for years abroad (NZ, S Korea, Europe, and now Northern Ireland), so have gotten used to all these different styles and can be a bit surprised when I return to the US to visit. haha I'd say the biggest surprise though is space, homes/rooms are often so much more massive in the US!! We have a lovely, fairly new house we bought last year here in NI, but the bedrooms are SO tiny 😱 I've been cautioning friends and family before they visit: these are BEDrooms.....as in, a room just for a bed!! 😂 Every room is naturally closed off as well, with a door you can close which Americans find a bit unusual, but I quite appreciate it because I can go to the kitchen or whatever, play a podcast/music as loud as I want and not worry about disturbing my husband while he works :)
@@hiking1388 wow you've lived all over! It's interesting that you say the rooms are "BEDrooms" because here in the US, I do find that a lot of us use our bedrooms as another living space whereas other countries use it solely for sleeping.
@@Fridate oh gosh it sounds crazy to think of me living in many places, because to be honest most places start to feel pretty similar pretty quickly!! You still gotta shower / work / cook / clean / grocery shop, and all that will take up most of your time.....life is pretty similar everywhere, at the end of the day! :) (but, you do get to see - and eat!! - cool little different things unique to each place :P) But yes you're right, bedrooms in the US will have benches and comfy chairs like they're a hangout space. Lord I've even had a loveseat (and comfy chair)!! Which I think makes sense for teens 100% (unless they can have their own basement/hangout room). But for adults, I think Megan and her husband are right, it's best for sleep hygiene to make bedrooms about sleeping! I've heard Brits say they find the houses in America to be too big, you hafta to look for people and shout for them. To me, big open indoor space just feels 'comfortable' 😅 And while I'm content here, I definitely have always assumed I'd end up back in the US (even if not my home state) because it'll always be 'home' :) Hope you're enjoying your own home in the US! And that your bedroom is comfy and relaxing for many nights of restful repose 😊
Just realized your previous place you had to go through a lot of stairs to reach your apartment, while your current place has a lot of stairs before you get to your bedroom. You low key like them stairs 😁 15:21
I really like the way you set up your home and that you're not too uptight about organization. The children and the cats can roam freely and be comfortable.
You’re home is so beautiful Megan. I loved everything about it. I personally think the 3 floors are great. Tons of storage and rooms. The clay room looks cozy. I wish I could smell it!😂❤
Wow! Your home is big. It's a lot of storage room. That's great👍 I like the three bathroom's. That's a plus 👍 The back yard is big too. Y'all did an awesome job 👍 Laying down the grass. Obviously it was a big job. I know it's worth it 👍
I finally bought your Korean skin care routine. I noticed brightening of the sun damage spots and acne hyperpigmentation and an overall smooth complexion within a week!! I tried using prescription strength retinol and did not get anywhere near the results I did with your routine. I'm literally shook with how fast my skin improved. Thank you!!
I received my skin care regiment! Omg it’s a game changer. My skin is glowing, hydrated, it didn’t clog my pores or cause me to have any rashes. Which normally happpens I have very sensitive skin. Thank you so much this regiment has really made my skin look and feel amazing!!!
I'm so happy for you guys to have such a lovely home with plenty of space to enjoy time as a family and with your extended family members and friends. The house is amazing, so many really cool features but your clay room with the fire underneath to heat the floor looks and sounds absolutely fabulous! Thank you for taking the time and the effort to let us see around your space. I hope you will be super happy there for a very long time! Also the footage of the twins playing on the slide etc absolutely melted my heart ❤ They are growing up so fast and so well, and they're such bundles of joy!
I've been in in my home for a year and a half and still dont have decorations on the wall. I have a new baby too, now 10months old, and its hard to prioritize decorating lol Slowly but surely is my motto. Beautiful home!
Im so happy for you! I been watching you for so long an its crazy how you gotten this far .... It will be nice to know how you handle been far from your family and Friends

my how the years have passed. I started watching when you first started your videos talk out of of that mini speaker thingy in a mic...lol. Love you videos and happy for your accomplishments in life.
Congratulations on the new house. It looks huge! How does one clean and upkeep such a place? I would have loved to see a video about the whole house-hunting process and perhaps more about house purchasing in Korea and the kind of properties available (you mentioned that expansive yards are rare, for example). Would also love more outdoor content, in your current city. Thank you for all the positivity and upbeat videos you put up!
I love your practicality, you and your family are a delight. I am glad you are willing to welcome us into your lives. Your husband and children are precious.
Megan!! I just love you and your family so much!!! I'm normally not the type to comment on the content creators I subscribe to, but I had to hop on and say I'm so freaking proud of you and Mr. Moon for all that you all have accomplished. Thank you for being such a light and motivator. I have been considering moving to Seoul and I would love nothing more than to meet with the wonderful Megan Moon! LOL Amazing home and you guys have so much room now! Definitely well deserved. 🎉. ❤❤❤❤

Congrats to Megan and Mr. Moon. I thoroughly enjoyed this realistic house tour. 😊 Between y'all and Sundai Love I am here for this home ownership. Moving on Up! 🤗
I’ve been following since you first started your UA-cam! Congrats on your home! I know I’m used to the American way but I wish I lived in Korea to help you organize and make the most use of your beautiful space! Personally I would add a storage/China cabinet on the wall opposite of your kitchen/next to clay room. I would also add a tall closed cabinet next to your kimchi fridge. I would add closed cabinets with small countertop to your laundry room. I would add a coffee table as a seated Korean style dining space with the pillows stored in a basket when not in use in the living room and totally move all the cat stuff out of there. I would move your exercise equipment to your outside porch and turn your sun room into just an eating area with cabinets and countertop space along the wall where your games are. I would turn the first floor room into a guest room and make the room in the garage your office. I would also put all the cat stuff in that office in the garage. I would turn the second floor into the master suite floor with your closet room being where your baby room is and your master bedroom where your closet is. I would turn the 3rd floor into the babies suite- when they’re older they can have separate bedrooms up there but for now one room being their room and the other being their playroom. In an ideal world I would convert the storage room on the 3rd floor to another bathroom for the kids. Just my immediate thoughts on organization and use of space!
I’ve been following you Megan since your very first video! It’s been 10 years or more I think, but I love seeing the whole life progression! Congrats on the beautiful family and the new home! You deserve it! ❤❤ ~DeDe a Day 1 Subbie!

The house is so normal. Heck your family is so normal. You always get these influencers with these perfectly clean, decorated and organized houses. Not realistic. This is one of the reasons I love watching your content.
Your house looked great! Did not seem messy at all. And totally understandable that it wasn't all the way organized. You guys have been busy. And I feel I learned some neat stuff about Korean home structure that I did not know before. Thank you, Megan! You did a great job with this video. 👏 👏👏👏👏👏

We didn’t film them getting street food or anything because they just came to hang with the babies at the house. But next time they come we will do more touristy stuff.
It is refreshing to see a house tour and the house looks like a home. Yeah, it's messy but that's real life. Now, if it was dirty that's a whole other thing, but it didn't look it. So great house tour!
Awesome place. My yard is only half of what you have and I am dreading turning the dirt with a rotiller and just planting plants. That was a lot of hard work you both did. Here in California we really can't water grass so we literally had to let grass die🤭
Congratulations Megan and Mr. Moon! 🎉 You did it! What a Beautiful home! And clay room...WOW!!! You're both a great mom and a great dad. I love watching you guys. Im a single mom been watching for years and all the happy energy you give Megan, brings me SO MUCH JOY. GOD bless!!❤

Thank you for the house tour. So lovely. Your twins are growing up. Beautiful to see. Keep on being down to earth and authentic. I love your videos.
Girlll you are it !!!! thank you so much for letting us in to your life !! you are such an inspiration and what all you when though with your baby journey !!! I have turner syndrome and not able to have kids the natural way it's nice being able to relate to some who understands !!! you give me hope !!!! much love !!!
Megan has moneyyyyyy!!! Congratulations girl! Literally remember watching your videos in your teaching years. So happy for you! ❤❤❤❤❤

Every room is naturally closed off as well, with a door you can close which Americans find a bit unusual, but I quite appreciate it because I can go to the kitchen or whatever, play a podcast/music as loud as I want and not worry about disturbing my husband while he works :)
- cool little different things unique to each place :P)
But yes you're right, bedrooms in the US will have benches and comfy chairs like they're a hangout space.
To me, big open indoor space just feels 'comfortable' 😅 And while I'm content here, I definitely have always assumed I'd end up back in the US (even if not my home state) because it'll always be 'home' :)
Hope you're enjoying your own home in the US! And that your bedroom is comfy and relaxing for many nights of restful repose 😊
Just realized your previous place you had to go through a lot of stairs to reach your apartment, while your current place has a lot of stairs before you get to your bedroom. You low key like them stairs 😁 15:21
I love how real you are! I remember when my family and i moved houses and literally had boxes to unpack for months ( maybe even years) !!

I really like the way you set up your home and that you're not too uptight about organization. The children and the cats can roam freely and be comfortable.
You’re home is so beautiful Megan. I loved everything about it. I personally think the 3 floors are great. Tons of storage and rooms. The clay room looks cozy. I wish I could smell it!😂❤
Your home is so beautiful! So much space and storage. May your home be blessed with happiness and good fortune

Thank you!!
This is the realest house tour evaaaaah! Love it!
I received my skin care regiment! Omg it’s a game changer. My skin is glowing, hydrated, it didn’t clog my pores or cause me to have any rashes. Which normally happpens I have very sensitive skin. Thank you so much this regiment has really made my skin look and feel amazing!!!
Megan, is the blue color a Korean thing, or did you choose it? I was wondering because your last place was also blue 👍
Last place we chose it. This place just happened to be blue haha.

Love seeing your progress and all your videos ❤❤❤❤
I've been in in my home for a year and a half and still dont have decorations on the wall. I have a new baby too, now 10months old, and its hard to prioritize decorating lol Slowly but surely is my motto.
Beautiful home!
Im so happy for you! I been watching you for so long an its crazy how you gotten this far .... It will be nice to know how you handle been far from your family and Friends
A fairly 3 storey spacious home with a yard.😀👏. The twins are very active, crawling and walking a bit now.
So excited for this video!! 💖 so happy for you and your beautiful family 💖
This is so cool to watch after remembering watching your first vids in Korea to show your family and others how you lived when you first got there.
CONGRATULATIONS on y'all's new home!!! 🥳🥂🙌🏾🙏🏾
You’re house is so spacious! Lots of space to grow and change 😊
Vid suggestion: a home makeover/organisation collaboration with a business or another UA-camr that does it?? 😊. Will get your house sorted for you. Always love a good before and after vid 🎉
The house looks great and the yard looks amazing! I used to take grass for granted but in Korea having a garden space is a huge luxury. Great job!
So happy for you guys!
my how the years have passed.
It makes me so happy yall upgraded and got a bigger place for your beautiful family ❤
I've been waiting for this one!!!!🔥🔥🔥
Your home looks lovely - love all the outdoor options and space. What a nice upgrade for the Moon family :)
The yard looks great. Yall did a heck of a job.
And yall saved a ton of money.
Watching this comparing it the first place you filmed at ! You’ve come such a long way Megan and I’ve aged with you. Thank you for sharing
I started watching Megan when I was 18. I can’t believe I’ve seen your journey these past 11 years. I’m so proud of you unnie. Love you to the moon! CONGRATS ❤
you’re an amazing person! i’m so happy that you’ve got yourself a cozy house with a family. i’ve watched your channel since beginning days.

Congrats to Megan and Mr. Moon. I thoroughly enjoyed this realistic house tour. 😊 Between y'all and Sundai Love I am here for this home ownership. Moving on Up! 🤗
Did they buy the house or rent
@@spicychilli7618 I thought they brought it? However I cannot confirm this. I know Sundai purchased her home in Japan, per her channel.

Wow, thats a big house. And all that work you did in the yard, I hope that's your forever home. The grass looks great. Congratulations guys.❤
Love this!! Beautiful home. Out of curiosity - do most Korean homes have blue trim instead of white like the US? I know your last house had blue too!
I love the blue and gray you should definitely add light blue art or pillows to lighten up the main living area ❤
Im so happy for you guys!! I hope this new house gets full of wonderful memories. I am curious tho, how does mortage work there?
3:37 Ma'am you've got a whole spa room in your house!!!!! You've made it made it!!!
More abundant blessings 🙏
Hi there! Would love to see you decorating your house. There's a lot of blue! Would love to see what you do to it, but with two little ones, i totally understand if you take your time. Right now you just want it to be a functional house, I'm sure. But you can make it cosy in time 🤗
I've been there, done that with grass! What a workout. Whew :)

This is a beautiful home for your twins Mr Moon and yourself you are a beutiful family and I love your videos
Thanks for the fun tour Megan! Your tour was nice and relaxed, realistic, and your home is beautiful. It looks like even the cats feel at home which is awesome!😊 so happy for you all!
Love the wholesome family. If every family was like this, we'd have a lot less problems in this world.
It’s wonderful to see you and your happy family. 😊
I honestly love houses with lots of bathrooms. I am so happy for you 🎉 please enjoy your home!!.. also the vitamin e mask is my favorite skincare product ever!!
will there be a vlog for the touristy things you did with your family ? i want to see them try street food or whatever else y’all got up to lol
We didn’t film them getting street food or anything because they just came to hang with the babies at the house. But next time they come we will do more touristy stuff.
@@MrsMeganMoon ah i see. that’s understandable. was nice to see them over nonetheless 🤍

Oh wow. I heard about water restrictions there. That’s unfortunate :(
Congratulations Megan and Mr. Moon! 🎉 You did it! What a Beautiful home! And clay room...WOW!!! You're both a great mom and a great dad. I love watching you guys. Im a single mom been watching for years and all the happy energy you give Megan, brings me SO MUCH JOY. GOD bless!!❤
Beautiful home Megan. I’m so proud of you!!! ❤
Very nice you are a busy mom with hubby & twins. Thank you for showing your home. Very nice❤
I knew it looked big but I didn't think there was a 3rd floor! So nice 🤩 I love it and I am excited to see the twin Moons grow up in your new family home 😊🥰🥳 Thanks for the journey 🫶🏽
The last person loved blue 😅
The house is lovely congratulations!!
But if the blue is changed it would be so much nicer ❤❤
