Very interesting information , probably the best I have seen so far! I would like to know about my car’s battery which is also LFP type. Not a big one , a 135Km capacity. What would be better using a 32A or 16A for charging it , as my home plug charger can be set to any Amperage I prefer. Also would charging to 95 percent best or 100%? Knowing that I commute daily . And is 20percent the lowest discharge to reach or if higher the better like 40% to recharge again is healthier? A battery cycle only counts when charging to 100 percent ? Meaning reaching 95% SOC wouldn’t count as 1 cycle ?
Wow please please advise me... I want to get into this field and become a battery engineer but I only did college level chemistry , and went off to become a structural engineer instead. How do I get into this field without a university course? Is there some training course?
Does the ABYC have a published standard for lithium batteries and chargers? This lithium market for the marine industry is like the wild west now.
Awesome job guys!
Is there an updated version of this video? Some information here is not accurate.
