Can i ask why of i use more than one burner at a time. It shares out power to each burner. Colours goes off ine and to another. Intead of staying red?. Thanks
Hi Sujay, The appliance has a safety switch which automatically switches the cooking zones off after they have been in operation for a certain amount of time at a particular power level. When the safety switch has been triggered, the display shows "0". For example if the hotplate is set to power level 1 then it will switch off after 9 hours of continues operation. When the hotplate is set to power level 9 then it will switch off after 1 hour of continues operation. In between if the hotplate is set to power level 5 then it will switch off after 5 hours of continues operation.
Hi, when you press lock button long it leads to freeze power option both up and down. You cannot raise or lower power of any hob. L appears on display. This function is like child lock when you don’t want to accidentally change power.

Hi Reajo, You can use all four burners at the same time. The red goes on and off because the unit automatically maintains a constant temperature.
Does the hob turn off automatically

Hi Jackie, When the hob gets over heated then it gets auto locked and shows LL error.
