Common issues the rod inner part of impeller is broken. It effect of motor works well. Don't worry, it is very easy to repair. Do not buy new equipment first.

Wsalam, Hafis. 1st, cuba check dulu electricity, ade ke tak. 2nd, check kipas rotor ybg berpusing tu. Boleh je cabut bawa keluar kipas tu. Selalunya kipas tu je dah tak elok, yang lain-lain ok. Mgkin rod besi dah berkarat atau jadi halus disebabkan pasir.

In my case, I utilized elephant glue or 5 seconds glue. The glue is super cheap.
5 secnd glue damaged cap permanently elephant glue is right choice
