We almost looked at this property but it had two things we didnt like: low ceilings and no sunset views from the pool. PGI is a fantastic place to get a house on the water for cheap on the Gulf coast.

Beautiful home, great view, reasonable price, but very high flood risk per FEMA and Flood Factor. That's the nature of waterfront living I guess. What does it cost to insure? Punta Gorda is very high on my retirement destination list.

If you had included the address one could easily check Zillow or Redfin for a current price, or at least get a ballpark idea. Without that information your videos are pretty much a waste of my time, and give me zero reason to subscribe. I'm still a couple years from moving to Florida, but I am watching home and town videos to learn what I can before we begin serious house hunting.
