Dear Raja Aamir Abbas AOA, I was watching yesterday night your programme on ARY TV with Mr.Arshad Shareef, you mentioned that even if party head doesn't send a reference for disqualification of his MNA/MPA he will automatically will get disqualified with this decision of Supreme Court, please explain it in the light of 2 MNA's of PML Q who voted in favour of VONC , will they be disqualified by election commission of Pakistan while no reference for disqualification has been sent so far by PMLQ, if it is so then Mr.Shehbaz Shareef is no more PM as he has left only 171 MNA'S now. Please reply .thanks
Please🙏 help me sir. My father's uncle will my father's name before he died. The testator will die. Father's aunt challenged the will in SDM PCS 1st grade Colcattor court in 1979 over whether the will was invalid. In 1980, the court ruled in my father's favor. And they will get their uncle's property. However, the court asked the father to take care of the aunt. But Auntie Ji left home and started living with someone else. My father will die in 1986 and the property will be transferred to my name.Now my father's aunt has reopened the same old case against me in court. The aunt did not mention the old case in her claim in court. My father's aunt is 90 years old now. I have all the old court orders and other documents. My lawyer is not doing anything. Please suggest a solution.
