Because the anime’s popular nowadays are full of harems with tsundere girls,It’s just very rare for me to see Female leads I’ve seen yona and the others but that was back then because today’s anime is full of tsundere and harems (Anddd..That might be because all i watch and read are reverse harems,lol)
@@rinzanacantdraw4652 You may want to branch out and try different genres or even mediums because I was also really upset by this until I started looking into other things. Kenka Bancho Otome has a kickass heroine and is a game and an anime and a manga. Code Realize's heroine is one of the best heroines in a game you'll find - she grows from a scared girl into a kickass, takes-no-shits lead without losing her femininity. A lot of Korean dramas have great leads (try out W, Scarlet Heart, or When You Were Sleeping). Just keep in mind that the target audience for anime isn't a western audience. There's a very harsh divide between gender roles in Japan and having lived there long enough to see it was hard. Girls in anime are expected to be demure and defenseless because it's "cute" - thankfully a lot of mangaka and authors are trying to get rid of this but this is the biggest reason why many female characters in anime are so passive.
Finally. A female and male lead who are equally stubborn, tough, and aren’t complemented by doormat supporters

OMG, you sure are patient, I couldn't get through all those chapters, especially since a good deal of the text is chock full of them mentally gushing over the other's beauty. I ended up mentally yelling at them: "OK, you're madly attracted to each other, kick the bad guys' arses then go get a friggin' room!"

Es genial que hayan sacado anime de la novela. Por lo que sé, es que sigue en emisión y tienes que tener bastante paciencia para leerla (porque hay más de 1500 caps), pero vale la pena, porque es de esas novelas donde la protagonista es fuerte en varios sentidos, decisiva, e inteligente. No la vas a ver dependiendo del protagonista masculino 24/7 y menos aún, cayendo por el en los primeros caps y sonrojandose por todo, creo que va muy bien la trama y no hay enamoramiento rápido pero si vas a leer interacciones muy graciosas y lindas. Aunque obvio tampoco deberían esperar un enamoramiento rápido sabiendo lo que le hizo su anterior novio, ya saben le acuchilló el vientre.
