Pleasing that there is still something new from Frankie - thanks Annette! I've been a fan from Austria for over 30 years. Except for Darling, hardly anyone knew anything about Frankie's music here. I first noticed Frankie in 1986 when I heard "I know why the Sun don´t shine" from "Rumbledown Band" on Blue Soul LP by Paul Kossoff. Too bad that no band came out of it, what a thought: Frankie's songs and vocals, Andy Fraser on bass and Koss on guitar. If only there was more of it. 33 years later I was lucky enough to see the Fullhouse in the Bluesgarage in Isernhagen, Germany and the boys played "I know why the Sun don't shine" along with the other classics. We thanked Ray, Tex, Ed, Andy and Gregor for keeping Frankie's music alive and asked them to send our best wishes to Frankie. I wish you all the best in these troubled times. Best regards from Austria

Hi. I'm 75 and until about four years ago I'd never heard of Frankie Miller yet I've been a blues guy ever since school. Now I listen to him at least every week and sometimes more often. A mate of mine introduced me to him through "Where do the Sinners go" with Elton John co-production. Incredible!!!
who was the drummer on this, I'm looking for some recording with phil philthy Animal Taylor on drums, I know he done some dates in 1986 also with Robbo Robertson on guitar
