Is it just me or basketball players have the weirdest workout splits & sometimes not the best form or range of motion? Yet they still build muscle & all have crazy big shoulders.
@@rell4219 you can have the mentality as far as genetics goes that’s a lottery within itself. And mac’s program is literally for sale not saying anybody will get where he’s at but they’ll definitely see improvements

They don't build that much muscle
I think they prioritize more on enhancing their athletic perfomance than putting up size.

All those things you named are A by-product of Mentality + Genetics. These players wouldn’t be special if you could learn these skills….
