Yes it had a USA release, the record company fairly supportive too though failed to make the top 100. It made #71 across the border in Canada. Top 40 in Oz and top 10 in NZ.

Yeah not sure why you can't buy this one anymore. It turns up on Ebay every so often, probably your best bet.
