This was impressive great sound quality from both bands. St Aug bell player was slapping the hell out of them 🔔 😂🔥🔥🔥

St Aug with the W! Their sound and overall intonation is just impressive af! Then the runs were very difficult but yet they played with such clarity and conviction and integrity. New Orleans has THE BEST BANDS!!!

St. Augustine High School undoubtedly won! Their sound and overall intonation were truly impressive, leaving no doubt as to who deserved the victory. Despite the challenging runs, they played with unparalleled clarity, conviction, and integrity. It's no secret that New Orleans has the absolute best bands!
I like that Karr drum majors count off and direct the band.. 🔥

I disagree. Aug had good arrangements like karr but some of it was sloppy. 13:40 is a prime example. Aug likes to hone in on their trumpets but when you isolate a section they need to come through. They aren’t together and definitely aren’t tonguing

Karr for the win. This battle came down to arrangement and cleanliness and karr did a better job at that. Aug sounds really good though.
