    소갈비찜 재료 -
    소갈비찜 1kg So-Galbijjim / ソガルビチム
    당근 80g Carrot / にんじん
    무 200g White Radish / 大根
    연근 100g Lotus Roots / れんこん
    표고버섯 80g Shiitake Mushroom / 椎茸
    대파 100g Green Onion / ねぎ
    물 3.5-4cup Water / 水
    갈비양념 2.5-3.5cup Galbi Sauce / ガルビのたれ
    ☆ 1cup = 200ml, 1T = 200ml, 1t = 5ml
