awesome video! cleared up some confusion I had around all this. What is more common these days MBR or GPT? Seems like GPT would be since it's more modern, but I read MBR is more compatible.

I still see mostly MBR and people are more concerned with compatibility.

Thanks a lot for the informations , but i have a problem. I can't understand what "Partition #1 contains a LVM2_member signature" means. When i try to create a new partition 1 of type 'Extended' and of size 5 GiB, then these message i wrote above its appears. If you can help me i would appreciate it. Thank you in adavance!

It means that the partition must've had another use at some point. You can safely overwrite it if you know that partition is not being used.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate it. I ended up using KoFi as find Patreon only really offers a subscription model. ko-fi.com/csg_yt is the page if you want to contribute 👍

@@compsecgadgets Thank you. I just used it and will again. I know it's a lot of work but it might be a good idea to update the discriptions on your videos with a link to this page. and thanks again for your videos.

Tried to support you through patron, but couldn't figure out how.

Tried Patreon and found it really hard to work with and they were looking for a subscription model which didn't fit. Thanks for your interest in supporting! I use ko-fi now: ko-fi.com/csg_yt/
