Umm so aren't they literally proving that he is the strongest before he is gojo , given gojos return is the return of his corpse being used as a tool to fight for the purpose of others , literally the thing he had been to the jujutsu higher ups he despised
In terms of the yuta taking gojos body I was mixed because even though it’s very tragic and poetic and all around great writing. It would make yuta too strong however with the time limit I am beyond excited for what happens next. Also do you think it’s gojo over because honestly this latest chapter has just made it more likely for him to come back in my opinion
Yuta is using his Cursed Technique to copy a Cursed Technique so he can use another Cursed Technique in another body at the same time he keeps his Cursed Technique active to keep the copied Cursed Technique active so he can use the Cursed Technique of the body he is in.
This really sets in the *tragedy* of Gojo’s character. He was born as a tool for jujustu society and in death unfortunately has to be used as a tool by his allies. We see Gojo as this fun character at the beginning with cool powers, then later we see how tragic he actually is with wanting to connect with people and his isolation as "the strongest". I'm glad Yuta talked about how much burden Gojo had so at least he is most fitting to carry on his legacy in this sort of way.
Yeah, and I'm glad Yuta got Gojo's permission to use his body too. I can't imagine the burden Yuji has too. The whole reason Sukuna is even back was because Yuji existed.
@@dr.boring7022hear me out. Yuta will die after 5 minutes and pass on with Rika finally and Gojo will be back since his body is fully healed. I think this because Gojo and Kenjaku have already shown that the body and the soul are part of the same so the soul can come back if the sorcerers soul is stronger or the body (Toji’s summoning) Yuta’s soul will pass which will bring Gojo back fully.
@willham1427 he literally said that he didn't care what they did with his body after he was dead, he was disgusted with kenjaku cause he was using geto's body for something he wouldn't have stood for.
@@Copingeditor I guess if he meant he didn’t see it coming cause no one would’ve thought Gege woulda used this trash ass fanfic ass writing that literally everyone have guessed then I understand what they mean
@@Krispyy2k People literally guessed every possible outcome, no matter what, someone would have called it out. Saying it's bad because someone called it out beforehand is such a stupid complaint, as an example, I called out the plot twists from Fullmetal Alchemist, AOT and other series before they happened, even before they came out in chapter came out in some cases, doesn't make any of those inherently bad because of it. This chapter was set up since the start of this whole final battle, stop shouting about it being bad just because you don't like it.
- Yuji locked in and developed Shrine + Blood manipulation - Todo returned with the most broken possible iteration of Boogie Woogie - Yuta took over Gojo's body and returned Gege really knows how to build up hype characters and put them in a fight
Remember people: this doesn't mean Kenjaku could have used Gojo's body. Edit: correction, in chapter 145 Tengen says Kenjaku lost to the six eyes multiple times. He lost the first time, killed the second user as a baby, then the third user was born afterward, and he lost to that user too. The six eyes never rejected him because he didn't have a body to try. I guess as long as there isn't a new Gojo offspring being born while the last user is dead, then the six eyes will stay with the one who died with it until another is born. I guess? I don't know anymore let's calm down now.
@@JUSTIN-vu2mc Some people interpret it by being “left behind” skill-wise, but I prefer to think that Gojo just really, really misses Geto. That a part of him died in 2009, and an even bigger piece was lost in 2018. And that he’s been racing to “catch up” to Geto - wherever he may be - ever since. It ties in with Gojo saying that he might have been satisfied if Geto were still alive to cheer him on as he went to fight Sukuna.
When he says "left behind" he means he was abandoned by him. Geto left his friend behind because he was too hurt and wanted revenge. Gojo wanted to kill the higher ups because they were the ones that ultimately drove geto into madness. They were the ones that told him to escort the star plasma vessel so that she could be slaughtered. They were the ones that congratulated him after she died and he felt responsible. Gojo went in there to kill the higher ups as a way to say "hey man, I should have noticed how much you were suffering, but I was too self-absorbed. I'm gonna kill all of them for you, Geto. Every last one."
It’s crazy how all mainstream theories were true at the same time. Gojo did return, but at the same time he did not. And he had stitches. And yuta got his power
As a Gojo fan I don’t like the reveal but as a fan of the narrative it’s a pretty good chapter. Using Gojo as a weapon when he spent his life to be anything but one is poetic irony. Throw in a few parallels and you got a masterpiece of a chapter
If yuta ends up dying inside gojo's body, somehow leading to gojo taking back over, this could also be a super interesting learning experience with an INSANE opportunity for character development. feeling how his students feel (because yuta is LITERALLY him, in his body), even having sacrificed his life just to fight sukuna for another 5 minutes for exclusively selfless motivations, after seeing his students losing + dying because gojo couldnt take anything seriously could be a real (six) eye opener for him
Gojo and Yuta HAD to swap bodies on the time skip so Yuta can learn how to use Gojo's abilities. Aside from this, i love how Gege has us on his palm, this feels wrong, exactly like the characters feel about the whole swapping bodies.
theres a bit of the soul in the body so when you (kenjaku) take it over you still get the "download" of all the abilities. yuta got the body of peak gojo with all the weird abilites gojo started making up on the spot when he was fighting sukuna.
I think the reason that people shed their humanity is to distance themselves from the suffering that is intrinsic in life. Some shed their humanity easily (Sukuna), some only do it after the suffering becomes too much to bear (Yuta). But those who endure it (Yuji) and retain their humanity attain an indomitable spirit, one which has far more potential than any monster. They embraced suffering when the monsters ran from it, and can ultimately transcend it.
How is selfishness cruelty, and indifference are any less part of "humanity" than empathy is? What does "humanity" even mean to you? The stuff you like about humans minus the things you don't like? Are you 12 years old?
@@wiswc There are a few different definitions of the word 'humanity'. It can mean humans as a collective, the human experience, the study of humanity, or the quality of being humane. I'm refering to the quality of being humane when I use 'humanity', you're refering to humans as a collective when you use it. I never once argued that humans as a collective aren't cruel or selfish. A misunderstanding on your part. But it's okay, I forgive you. Just work on your reading comprehension.
@@Darren-i7c you are one of the only few people who thinks the same as me on this issue that I have seen. If abandoning everything to become a monster makes you stronger then what would choosing to endure it and go beyond being a monster to become something more do to you.
I feel like it's wasted all of the setup you pointed out for Gojo's arc. The idea of remaking himself, going North, etc. This is the opposite; 'Gojo' has been brought back into the Sukuna gauntlet, without bringing Gojo back as a character. Gojo, I think, should have come back, but without Cursed Energy or Six Eyes, some major portion of his power. That way, he could really remake himself, and answer the question of 'are you Gojo because you're the strongest?'. He'd be able to say 'I am Gojo because of who I am, even without my strength.' Here, they've done the opposite; Gege has reduced Gojo to a strong body with a powerful technique, and no identity at all. He's literally Gojo's strength without Satoru Gojo at all.
Gojos character arc was barely actually about finding himself. It was a last seconded thing that was brought up in ch 236. It may or may not still happen, but the big thing in jjk has always been tge burden of being the strongest and it's shown completely here. The parallels between how he and sukuna value themselves after they would lose was great.
This is the first comment on this topic that I completely agree with. I'd like to make it clear that I am NOT a Gojo meat rider and frankly didn't care if he came back as long as we got the missing chapter explained later. However, if he did come back, it should've been at great cost to his power so that he can explore his true identity and fulfill the various arcs Gege established around him (Megumi fatherhood, changing the jujutsu world, raising the new generation, etc). Instead we get Yuta piloting a flesh gundam. I get that all the breadcrumbs have been laid to make this possible. It makes technical sense within the universe. It's just outright goofy from a literary standpoint. Even if the end result is that Gojo's soul somehow regains control of his body, I'll stand by my belief that this was just a terrible and bizarre writing decision.
@UhOhStepSgt the reason gojo coming back would originally suck so much is that it shows tge plot won't ever allow him to die, further diminishing the stakes. There r no issue here because we know gojo is capable of dying since he's already dead and everything here makes sense.
The whole Maki x Yuta thing doesn't really exist. How has no one caught on to the fact that Gege doesn't want anyone in his manga getting together lol? @soldierbreed
@@primehunter844 the only people going to bed together in this manga are Mei Mei + her little brother Ui Ui and Kenjaku feelin sexy in a lady's body + Jin Itadori. Gaygay truly is a deviant
For real, that's the only thing that bothers me from this chapter. Kenjaku is really dead and has no agency outside what Sukuna does with the merger. Kenjaku death was the worst one we have seen so far.
reminds me of what sukuna said about yuji “no matter how many times i break him, no matter how many times i break his soul, he’ll get right back up. ..because he possesses an indomitable ideal.” the only person who would never strip down his humanity to fight a monster. my one and only MC, yuji itadori 🙏
I just feel sad for Yuta, I really liked him and wanted to see him finish the series. I hope that as part of Goyos final closure, he can save Yuta somehow.
he can’t even RCT others only himself. I think Yuta will pass away. And Gojo will regain his consciousness like Toji. And when Geto choked Kenjaku and Shibuya. Gege might have foreshadowed it way back then
@@zenitsuthunder3946 The cope is real. If that's the case then why the hell did Geto not come back. If it didn't happen before then it won't happen now.
@@zenitsuthunder3946Also the only reason Toji regained his consciousness temporarily was because of the granny's seance technique on her son who has a weak soul failing to override Toji's Heavenly Restriction soul
@@zenitsuthunder3946the only reason toji gained his body back is because of his heavenly restriction. Gojo doesnt have anything that could do this for him. 1. His CE pool actually isnt that big, Yuta and mechamaru had way more. 2. Toji broke rules by being a 0 CE user. So u cant rly compare him to sorcerers unless its mechamaru who had the exact opposite heavenly restriction.
This whole chapter just doesn't sit right with me, it feels like a big "fuck you" to Gojo's whole character arc, ever since his departure with Geto he has been cursed with the internal conflict regarding if he is the strongest or Gojo Satoru, in the end he couldn't achieve that distinction and now even in death he is used by his allies as just another tool. I'm not a Gojo meat ridder or on the Gojo agenda but I really liked Gojo's character arc however this outcome just feels really tragic for both Gojo and Yuta. To me this chapter represents Sukuna's win in terms of ideologies, it took our protagonists to discard their humanity in order to make a front to the king of curses, this chapter legit made me feel sick to my stomach so I gotta give it to Gege for pulling this shit.
I think Gojo’s body is kind of like a metaphorical representation of his strength and his role. It’s Gojo finally shedding his role as “The Strongest” and passing it to somebody else.
Indeed a tragic turn. Maybe they were not the characters we expected to see throughout the end of their development. But it paves room for yuji’s role to shine. Indeed a win on sukuna’s ideals but we have yet to see yuji’s. I think gege took the best course. Im all bittersweet for yuta and gojo but the cope is on. Now im looking so forward on yuji now.
Gege really cooked, honestly none of us ever saw this coming and we all thought Gojo was really back or it was some kind of illusionary domain expansion.
as a gojo fan i have really mixed feelings about this. one one hand its:HEEESSSSS BACKKKKK on the other hand its:he's not back. his body is back but his soul isnt but this is kidna the best result we get gojos fighting capacity back without ruining his conclusion
As a literary scholar I think this chap was written perfectly and the narration is very well composed an logical. 10/10. As a human being I think today was one of my worst days in my life.
Gojos personality wpuldnt be the same as he it was before. He already admitted not being the strongest and that was where most of his cocky quips came from
IT'S NOT GOJOVER UNTIL THE LAST. CHAPTER. ENDS. Remember how gojo all the sudden wasn't in the airport anymore, but the plane was still there at the end of that 12 hour video?? It's for sure (copium) because that's when yuta took over gojo's body, taking his choice away from coming back. It's possible that when yuta dies in gojo's body, gojo could hypothetically come back for real. Whether he has CHOICE in the matter is yet to be seen, and may depend on who was right in the argument between mahito and kenjaku about the body vs the soul. The airport abruptly emptying with the plane going nowhere gives every indication (to me) that gojo wasn't yet able to make finalize his decision to pass on or try to come back to life. And now there's potentially a 5 minute time limit before yuta passes away "naturally," leaving gojo a healthy body to return to if he makes that choice (or is forced into it once yuta dies if kenjaku was right). All we have to do now is wait for the 5 minutes to end and yuta to (likely) die. There are a few indications that yuta will die or begin to die after the 5 minutes are up. 1) obviously they talked about what happens after the 5 minutes, literally stating that he may die. 2) In chapter 261, there were ZERO panels of gojo's left arm/hand. Even the "full body" panels coincidentally ONLY left out gojo/yuta's left arm (not showing ring + no rika = casting doubt on his technique)... This could be a subtle clue that yuta may not have rika/copy anymore. 3) we didnt see rika, and yuta didn't use copy this chapter. Even his domain was fully infinite void... if he doesn't have copy anymore, he definitely doesn't have kenjaku's technique.. if correct, there's a very high chance he dies after 5 minutes.
@@AyprrToji came back into a copy of his body. Geto manifested on his corpse. If Yuta dies Gojo would have an empty and healthy body to return without someone else challenging it. The Seance CT malfunctioned with Toji causing him to become a killing machine, he had to take himself out. Geto only managed to pull a bit of resistance against Kenjaku. Neither of them managed to came back fully, yet for Gojo who is in a very similar circunstances might have a better chance due how Yuta's CT works. Yuta might no be fully done because of Rika. We still don't actually know what Rika is, not a curse anymore, but also something different than a Shikigami (was Uro who possed that question?) And we just had the reveal of Yuta having blood of both the Suwagara and Fujiwara clan.
I don’t see a lot of people talking about this, but I love how much Gojo’s body kinda of resembles Yuta’s face now. It’s such a cool detail, like the stoicism that you usually see on Yuta is instead on Gojo’s face
Because Yuta its a 100% focused on defeating Sukuna, doesnt seem like he wants to talk-no-jutsu him like Gojo did, Gojo was smiling, going all out enjoying the fight of his life and trying to live up to the name of "The Strongest"
Funny Gojo wanted his students to be as strong as him, but then getting there by being HIM lol He is the strongest because he is Gojo 🤞 Kinda sad Gojos done tho. It was the personality of Gojo that made him HIM, for me
@@Masked_madness09 I digress, MFs are simping for gojo tooooo much. If what made him popular was solely his personality then gojo should be about as popular as yuuji or so but the amount of obnoxious fans who are on gojo's side is too much for that to be the case.

Lmao finally someone being real. I don't get people saying this doesn't fit their headcanon theme. The theme of jjk is always been to beat the enemies no matter what.
Yeah these people can't read plain f text. Or they have alzheimer because: did they really forget Mahito's words to Yuji? That this is war, not a holy vs unholy fairy tail where the goods just win.
The reason I’m feeling kinda so so about this decision is that if Yuta doesn’t kill Sukuna with Gojo’s body, it’s basically a worthless reason to parade around Gojo’s corpse. I’m of the belief that Yuji is the one to kill Sukuna so this Yuta/Gojo hybrid is only stalling and basically adds nothing to the fight for me.
I had an ongoing theory, albeit incorrect one, that Kenjaku would get Gojo's body. But that exact scene in Shibuya led me to believe Gojo would take control. Guess I was almost onto something. Now I wanna know who Megumi is going to deal with, merger, sukuna, or pho-gojo.
Awesome vid. When i saw the chapter spoilers it literally sounded like fan fiction and I was thinking “Did that really just happen” but after reading it over a lot I think it’s alright and has a lot of potential for the story
This Yuta is hands down the new strongest sorcerer in the world. Think about it: the six eyes + Yuta's monstrous levels of CE + the Limitless + all his copied techniques (including Sukuna's shrine and Angel's Jacob Ladder) + Rika. That is BEYOND overpowered. Which is why I'm pretty sure this won't last: Gege will probably write it so that the brain swap is going to expire when Rika's ring timer runs out. Meaning Yuta is working on a clock and is about to die anyway.
My favorite chapter since the offscreen haki. The disrespect towards the Gojo glazers, the insane lengths Yuta will go to win a fight, Sukuna recognizing Yutas game and one of the best double spreads in the manga at the end of the chapter. Gege cooked an entire banquet this chapter.
Great take!!! I watched other recaps with people complaining wayyyyy to much as to how it should’ve gone instead of appreciating the fact this adds and stays in line with the story
Thats how much important Gojo is to the manga, most thing wouldnt happen without him. Gege made he lose to Toji so he could kill Riko and that fucked the tengen thing ritual which would then transform him into a full curse and kenjakku would absorve him to make the merger, needed to be sealed so the villains could win in shibuya, unselead to fight Sukuna and weaken him enough so the others could stand a chance, and now hes corpse is being used again to fight Sukuna one more time which will probably weaken Sukuna to the point Yuji will be able to take him 1v1 and finally kill Sukuna/Save Megumi. Or i dont know, theres still the merger so anything could happen at this point.
It's kinda interesting that we were in the same situation as gojo when he saw geto in shibuya before getting seal. It's was the biggest hints that it's was kenjaku ct being used again
At first when i read this chapter i didnt realize it much but now it feels pretty sad that Yuta is drriving Gojo's dead body and we can literally see Gojo walking as if he is alive but he is really he is just gone and wont be coming back also the fact that even Yuta sisnt going to survive for long and he too will pass away this entire shit is very sad to witness
This just feels so wrong. Like the feelings we first got when kenjaku overtook geto, it feels violating. Gojo feels like just an empty body, puppeteered by Yuta like hanging a corpse of our loved character
Typing this before watching the video, so my apologies if I end up repeating anything you say. Thematically, I think this reveal was incredibly artful. We have Gojo consensually conceding his body to his most promising student, which starkly contrasts to Sukuna forcefully seizing autonomy in Megumi’s body. The clash between their ideals could not be any more transparent; Gojo entrusting his *body* to the next generation, whereas Sukuna *steals* a body in order to prove his superiority to all generations. Very on the nose. Additionally, there is still potential for Gojo’s consciousness to affect the plot in some capacity. We know this not just because of Geto proving autonomy could potentially be expressed at the end of the Prison Arc, but because of the ambiguity concerning what exactly may happen once Yuta’s five minutes run out. This leaves the door open for Gojo to at some point express his consciousness somehow. I think this would be interesting because it would be an opportunity for Gojo himself to reach out to Megumi. Megumi’s foster father reaching out to him might be what it takes to jolt Megumi into taking control once again. This would also be a nice way to subvert the “monster” role that Gojo and Yuta felt they had to adopt, and would be an incredibly humane way to defeat Sukuna. Doing this would ALSO fall in line with JJK’s cyclical narrative structure. During Hidden Inventory, Gojo was “reborn,” and crushed a Zen’in’s negative worldview and had him valuing his family while at death’s door. Here in this arc, we already just had Gojo be “reborn,” in a sense. Gojo being the one to Talk No Jutsu Megumi out of despair and into taking action to save his friends would essentially complete the callback to Hidden Inventory. I feel this could potentially tie into Megumi having authority to activate the Merger as well in some way. Hope you get to read this, looking forward to hearing your initial thoughts about the chapter in this video. Thank you for your analysis 🤎
The next chapters will either cornier than everything ever or will be literary brilliance. Personally I think yuta will use a binding vow to get rid of rika in order to get past the time limit (possibly by rika taking on the death instead in a binding vow in exchange for sloppy toppy) and live on in Gojos body, causing him to gain limitless and six eyes but lose other cursed techniques. An interesting plot would be sukuna baiting yuta to swap to his body only for yutas soul to be destroyed by sukuna soul (he might have 2 souls I doubt but he may have 2 brains)
the themes of loneliness and being the absolute strongest, the culture of that, and the journeys characters take to shed their own humanity in a world that favours the inhumane, and failing, usually due to death, and usually due to death of somebody else on that same journey, in a dog eat dog world is everywhere in JJK. sorcerers are no heroes. they have their own goals and motivations that cross many lines of morality, united by only the hunger for jujutsu prowess. i absolutely agree on how tragic gojo’s and yuta’s character arc is going, and i believe it is a representative of the major themes being discussed in jjk, as said in the above paragraph. ultimately, yuji’s character is symbolic for sticking to humanity. for not making excuses and to take responsibility, being what people call a “hero”, selfless, and human as entrusted by his grandfather. as well as how the many deaths in this verse are symbolic for what you have said, how you can’t beat sukuna at his own game. to beat him, you must go against the very idea of him. both gojo and yuta failed at that, while yuji falters, but is keeping that going nonetheless, and staying human, not falling for the trap of becoming inhumane, no matter how hard of a journey it is, even if it goes the against the very essence of jujutsu society. i’m only curious to see how they’ll complete that character arc for yuji, and how it may allude to the infamous “one dies, everyone lives” or “one lives, everyone dies” ending gege has hinted at before.
Waiting to see what Yuta does with Gojos body. Hollow purple at 300% and infinite void on everyone going to go crazy and how he will try to save Megumi, if he could, different from how Gojo did
At this point i'm convinced Sukuna can't be killed.. its really sad that GeGe hates Gojo that much that without Gojo these people can't even win a Single tough fight. like I dunno this Heavy reliance on Gojo and yet not giving a heroic moment for gojo than a stupid Airport BS scene is... Meh ~ Sukuna cycle continous. I truly don't care who wins this lol. all Black Flashes are meaningless as fkk. GeGe has never played any video game in his life.. he don't know what is a mana bar or life bar or Skill Cooldown or Ultimate cooldown.. Sukuna maybe in his prime atm who knows..
Gotta say the community here is so goddamn human and it’s nice to see compared to other jjk youtuber communities. You guys just understand what’s going on
Honestly really hated this chapter even still. I think it makes logical sense, other than the domain expansion, that's stupid as hell, but narratively I just don't mess with it. The only saving grace of the recent manga was Yuji being the main guy, he finally felt like the main character adn I liked that. I like Yuji, and think his conflict with Sukuna way more than I like Yuta's. Not to mention, I just don't see how Yuta Gojo loses to this massively weakened Sukuna logically speaking.
@@Megidolaon999 not that simple, Yuta was the second strongest sorcerer without six eyes, with it he should be way stronger. Not to mention it's unclear how much CE Yuta Gojo has, from the looks of it he may he damn near fresh seeing as he's popping a domain. A fresh Yuta Gojo with Yuta levels of CE would be tough for a fresh sukuna to beat.
@preator_vallum6377 Yuta won't be able to use the technique as affective as gojo did, and sukuna has already fought with the limitless technique before those are 2 ways sukuna can still keep up
Not going to lie this kinda broke me. I'm a massive Gojo fan, but i think i would have coped with him staying dead than this happening with Yuta. As it took me along time to get over Gojo's death and i eventually got over that heart ache and pain in some ways.. but this just brought that pain and more back because even with their whole reasoning behind why Yuta is doing it, it just doesnt sit well with me. Im sure thats how Gege intended for people to feel about it.. i never got my hopes up with Gojo coming back. Now in some ways Yuta will become Gojo because of what Kenjaku said about the memories passing through to him and before he uses Uzamaki he starts rambling on like Geto did and even stops himself and laughs that he was acting and sounding exactly like Geto. Like i said this whole situation doesnt sit well with me and i was close to not wanting to carry on with reading JJK after this chapter, but we will have to see what Gege plans after the break week.
Its a plot hole though since six eyes cant stay post death even after possession kenjaku actually tried it so either disgusting retcon by gege (well he already did a retcon related to gojo deleting his teleporting ability) just cause or foreshadow for gojo to actually come back not coping just saying huge plot hole nothing about gojos character development closure whatever just doesnt make sense unless gojos soul is still alive and post 5 minutes gojo will actually comeback then gege truly went off the rails and destroyed jjk for good if gojo himself doesnt comeback well it fell off ever since it became sukuna kaisen in 236 but u get my point if he will he this petty with gojo then he truly destroyed his entire manga
If Gojo return now it truly is trash writing, also if Sukuna somehow is NOT damaged at all by Yuta...like bro was hit by how many blackflashes by Yuji and still can use DOMAIN EXPANSION
The six eyes is only stated to be on only one gojo clan member at a time. It was never a reincarnation thing where tge six eyes immediately moves on to it's next vessel after its previous vessel dies. It just gets inherited by one gojo clan member at a time. So it's not a retcon that the six eyes stayed. And wtf did u want gojo to do with teleportation? Teleport out of range and let sukuna rest? It wasn't retconned.
@@ghhbpolo it was stated to be gone instantly after death kenjaku said he once killed an infant six eyes limitless user immediately after death took over his body but the six eyes already disappeared thus he said it was impossible for someone with his technique to steal or acquire the six eyes and I wanted him to teleport out the domain idiot... it's an open domain he can get out wait for sukuna to finish his domain teleport back do his own domain and sukuna is down instead gege made him do a d*ck measuring contest I mean domain clash with sukuna for no reason
another way to view this is by remembering one line from jjk and one from naruto: • “are you the strongest bc youre gojo or gojo bc youre the strongest?” • “a tool is only as strong as the one wielding it” i thought gojo was only strong because he relied on his gimmick, but in shibuya and that last fight we saw him actually use the power system in many more creative ways: changing domain sizes, inverted barrier, and switching to “taijutsu” with strong fundamentals in curse control. you cant just plop somebody else in his body and expect it to be the same. If Yuta in his body is weaker, then Gojo was the strongest because he was Gojo.
Guys, We still have one foreshadowing to follow up on: Kenjaku losing control to Geto. My theory here is that Sukuna puts everything on the line and wins the 1v3 or draws it for the next five minutes, leading to Yuta’s death. Yet with a fully healed body, Gojo is able to pull a Geto and return. I also think this makes sense because at the end of the Gojo fight, both the reader and Sukuna acknowledged that Gojo is truly strong because he’s Gojo, not because of his technique (which implies that he’s Gojo because he’s the strongest). So by showing the Jujutsu genius, Yuta Okkutsu unable to use both every CT he has AND six eyes AND infinity being unable to corner a weakened Sukuna like Gojo did, you just re emphasize Gojo’s arc. And Gojo’s arc has always been to show that believing in his students pays off, and that the next generation can and will surpass both him and Sukuna. He just has to come back and stop Sukuna from being able to use his technique and domain long enough for Yuji to defeat him!
Absolutely incorrect. 1) Gege already stated in the Fanbook that Geto's BODY puling that off was merely a reflex. Like the tail of a lizard moving after being separated from the body. Geto's SOUL wasn't there to command that. So if Gojo somehow (I can bet against) comes back like that, it will still not be truly Gojo. It'll be like Yaga's cursed corpses which he never got tired of saying were not Kusakabe's nephew. And Yuta's brain is in there, how do you expect Gojo will come back when the brain there is Yuta's? 2) He is Gojo Satoru because he is the strongest, you can clearly see he acts just as Sukuna does. This chapter even has a scene where he again acts like a strongest would echoing Sukuna's words to Yorozu. His personality and way of being is molded by his power, not the other way around. (I have more proof but a UA-cam comment is not exactly the best for this) Also no, the end of the battle doesn't imply that in the slightest. 3) You're heavily contradicting yourself at the last part. You say that he'd win the ideological battle because believing in the students pays off. Yet your arguments rest on Yuta failing to defeat a WAY weaker Sukuna with more in his bag than Gojo ever did. And also later say that Yuji needs his help to win to again heavily nerfed Sukuna.
I’ve got a theory, Kenjaku takes over dead bodies using his cursed technique but what if he constantly had to keep this cursed technique active to keep control of the body? Maybe when Yuta’s 5 minutes are up, he loses control over the body to Gojo who has been reanimated from the dead due to the technique: I think that when Kenjaku takes over the dead body, his cursed technique reanimates the body itself so that he can inhabit it. It would be a much less effective cursed technique for long-time use if the host body is in a dead, decomposing state while he inhabits it. A literal walking corpse would be difficult to blend into society if his technique worked that way and we see him in public places plenty of times and no one reacts weirdly to him, so I don’t think it’s a huge assumption to say that the body is reanimated before he takes it over. Because we assume the (dead) host body is now reanimated, that would mean the original owner of that body could have been brought back to life as well, but unable to take back control of their body due to Kenjaku always having his technique active. Evidence for the original owner of the body being brought back from the dead along with their body, is when Gojo is being sealed into the prison realm and is speaking to Kenjaku in Shibuya station. Geto’s body moves against Kenjaku’s will, something he had never seen before, which clearly indicates that Geto is inside there somewhere. Finally, Yuta has a 5 minute time limit on his copied cursed techniques (i think :/ ). All of this would compound into Yuta having 5 minutes where he is using Kenjaku’s cursed technique and maintaining control over the host body (Gojo), but after 5 minutes, Yuta will no longer be able to use Kenjaku’s cursed technique and with Gojo’s body reanimated through the copied Kenjaku technique, Gojo himself was reanimated as well, and he will return to take control over his newly reanimated body once Yuta tags out. - Kenjaku’s cursed technique reanimates the host body before/as he takes over. - This reanimation of the body, also processes a reanimation of the original host’s soul/consciousness. - Kenjaku’s innate cursed technique is constantly in use, on autopilot like Gojo’s infinity. This means he will always have control over the body, and the original host will be a passenger. - Yuta has 5 minutes until his copied Kenjaku technique runs out, and he is no longer able to keep up control over the host body. - Gojo takes over the body. 50 hollow purples per second 😮
also i think if this actually happens, then we’ll have seen two awakenings from both gojo and maki to complete their character arcs, and yuji has just had one too - maybe he’s got another awakening on the way? maybe it’s his domain? his fire arrow? cursed technique reversal?? and ik it’ll probably have been talked about by the time you get around to this but sukuna’s eye has definitely grown more in this chapter, it looks HUGE in the penultimate page
Munch thank you so much for the continued generous support 🙏🏻 I agree with the reanimation, it’s definitely a living body and not like a zombie situation. And the BIG question of what happens after these 5 minutes is gonna drive me crazy for the next 2 weeks! I agree with you that there is room for something to happen with Gojo, but I just don’t know if it would be as simple as he’s back to normal long term. But I think he could have at least a window to do something, just like we saw from Geto in Shibuya.
@@ManganimistYT id honestly be fine with the story if he doesn’t come back, just to show that in the end he was just “the strongest” and not “gojo satoru” and he never really concluded that for himself in the end. would be a tragic end to his character that i know gege would do

Sorry that the 16 year old blue eyed wonderboy doesnt just beat the bad guy and save the day then go home and have kids like all of you want. This is JJK. Monsters.
Yea, imagine Yuta keeping Rika as a hostage and exploiting her as a weapon. Funny thing is how the idea came up to him that he needs to manipulate the body of Saturo and make it a weapon. If Kenjaku does the grossest things, Yuta has inhumane ideas.
That double-spread of another Malevolent Shrine and Infinite Void is literally what we wanted to see. Literally despite it being Yuta its still really cool seeing yet another amazing domain clash spread.
if anyone REALLY wants gojo and his character back, i suppose theres a chance we get a similar situation to toji in shibuya. if yutas timer running out means its over for him, perhaps gojo really returns. its unlikely, really unlikely. but if toji himself returned despite the weird seance granny specifically only calling for tojis body and not his spirit, i guess its possible gojo might retake control. itd suck if he came back as a mindless puppet like toji did for a little bit tho 💀💀
Since Yuta used Infinite Void by using Kenjaku’s technique would that mean that Kenjaku’s open domain was from Geto? Btw they haven’t showned yet the deal Sukuna and Kenjaku made, that man is definitely coming back, what do you think the deal could have been?
To be honest with you Manga, I felt bad in a way because it reminded me and my reaction of the Shibuya Arc and how Kenjaku appeared in the dead body of Geto which shocked Gojo. I was at piece when he killed by Sukuna and the airport scene and how everyone had disappeared that signified his transition. To see him now and how is being used came back to what Geto said, are you the strongest because you are S Gojo or are S Gojo because you are the strongest. And the fact that Yuta because of his love for his friends wanted or was going to use his sensei’s body to finish of Sukuna broke me. To use his body because he is the strongest and why not use it, but I love the fact that nobody agreed or liked that idea and they had every right to feel that way.
Remember, just because gojo’s character might end tragic doesnt mean its bad. It just took the tragic turn instead of the bright ending people were expecting. People are not prepared for that conversation. As for storytelling so far, let’s wait til the manga finishes.
People sometime forgets that Yuta is not one of those traditional kind hearted protagonist like Yuji, man does not hesitate to get his hands filthy in order to get things done. This is the same dude who was ready to kill off countless culling game players if it’s necessary to get 400 points by himself. but since their goal is rescue Megumi, I assume he’ll still have to let Yuji to finish him off
Near future peak yuji having that I am you 2.0 moment : “SUKUNA I WILL FUCK YOU UP BY THE WILL OF ALL THAT I LOVE I WILL FUCK YOU UP. This is my promise” *black flashes sukunas head CLEAN OFF* Can I get an amen 🙏🙏🙏
Copy/pasted from another video, but it's time for Gojopium: The Final Theory! There's one, solid avenue for a true Gojo return, and that's the aftermath of Yuta's five minute time limit. We've seen two instances where two sufficiently powerful individuals were able to regain control over their bodies after death ABSENT their brain/soul: Geto (for a brief moment) and Toji. Geto exerting influence over Kenjaku post transfer demonstrates that Kenny boy's CT isn't perfect, even when utilized by a sorcerer with well over a thousand years of experience with the technique. It's very possible that, at the end of the five minute window, Yuta's control over the body will fade... Only for the fight to be carried on by Gojo himself in order to save his student. And yeah, it's probably cope. But it's plausible cope!
It’s equally as likely that Sukuna can swap to Gojo’s body once Yuta is kicked out. Main reason is Megumi’s body is too trashed right now and beside Megumi, Gojo is also a person that can “win” the culling game for the merger to happen.
No, it is cope and not even the plausible kind. You're trying to make a connection between two situations that are superficially similar at best, Toji was able to overpower Granny Ogami's Seance Technique is due to his Heavenly Restriction. As the Geto and Kenjaku thing in Gege's own words that was the equivalent of a Dragon Fly's body still twitching after its head got ripped off Geto was gone his body was just moving on reflex....
Ehhh nothing shitty Gege does has any impact for me anymore. He is trying too hard to leave an impression and it's not working with the delay times between chapters. You can't just keep throwing fucked up plot twists after plot twists and keep going on breaks every time while expecting me to keep caring about. Gege is just trying to see how far he can pull the leash before he loses his readers. I wish he would try harder to flesh out his world building and narrative instead of killing this guy, and messing with that guy's corpse and what else.
The fact gege is literally rushing his series shows he's doing this because he doesn't have as much interest on the series as he used to, not that he's intentionally tormenting his audience. Gege lost me too in the past like 10 chapters with charcters showing up with new reveals just to get obliterated, but this chapter was genuinely amazing.
@@ghhbpolo what exactly did the new players come up with that was so different that made you lose interest? Personally this chapter plus the ones with todo upgrading his boogie woogie were peak. That and yuuji's blackflashes and also CT awakening was also peak. There were many points in this fight that made logical sense and had reason for existing and that makes this story a consistent and proper one.
I more saw it as Gojo was viewed as a weapon, not an individual. So the fact his importance has now been boiled down to his body being used for its power, showing that Gojo was Gojo because he was the strongest.
Ngl, but i never really liked your videos but never hated them either. And simply because your content "surrounding" gojo had so many toxic fans that i never wanted to comment or check the comment section. And knowing that someone out there share similar brain cells and come to same conclusion in this fandom which is so divided in black and white that they cant see the grey that the story is telling us. Gege can create a lot of plot threads, but he isn't the best at tying them up properly (Geto's funeral, for eg). But damn if he isn't of the best at symbolism. Hella excited to see what he has in store for us!
I just realised how when Kenjaku took over Geto's body, Geto still had a form of self control even if he was possessed. This could possibly be said for the same with Yuta possessing gojo's body, Gojo could maybe be alive with Yuta possessing him somewhat.
Sorry but no, this was just bad writing. If this was going to occur then why hype us up w/ Yuji and Todo. I’m so tired of seeing characters hit new heights just for the fight to not really even phase Sukuna.
No, yuta has gojo's memories due to the brain swap, so he'll know what to do already.

theres a bit of the soul in the body so when you (kenjaku) take it over you still get the "download" of all the abilities. yuta got the body of peak gojo with all the weird abilites gojo started making up on the spot when he was fighting sukuna.

He'd be able to say 'I am Gojo because of who I am, even without my strength.'
Here, they've done the opposite; Gege has reduced Gojo to a strong body with a powerful technique, and no identity at all. He's literally Gojo's strength without Satoru Gojo at all.
5 minutes… just let those 5 minutes pass (for us it may be over a month)
What setup? Gojo's soul has already departed, this has nothing to do ith him anymore

Indeed a tragic turn. Maybe they were not the characters we expected to see throughout the end of their development. But it paves room for yuji’s role to shine. Indeed a win on sukuna’s ideals but we have yet to see yuji’s.

At first when i read this chapter i didnt realize it much but now it feels pretty sad that Yuta is drriving Gojo's dead body and we can literally see Gojo walking as if he is alive but he is really he is just gone and wont be coming back also the fact that even Yuta sisnt going to survive for long and he too will pass away this entire shit is very sad to witness
and then enter Yuji who embraces his humanity despite being Kenjaku's experiment human-death womb painting.
You cooked but the chances of it happening are very low.
the themes of loneliness and being the absolute strongest, the culture of that, and the journeys characters take to shed their own humanity in a world that favours the inhumane, and failing, usually due to death, and usually due to death of somebody else on that same journey, in a dog eat dog world is everywhere in JJK. sorcerers are no heroes. they have their own goals and motivations that cross many lines of morality, united by only the hunger for jujutsu prowess.
i absolutely agree on how tragic gojo’s and yuta’s character arc is going, and i believe it is a representative of the major themes being discussed in jjk, as said in the above paragraph.
ultimately, yuji’s character is symbolic for sticking to humanity. for not making excuses and to take responsibility, being what people call a “hero”, selfless, and human as entrusted by his grandfather.
as well as how the many deaths in this verse are symbolic for what you have said, how you can’t beat sukuna at his own game. to beat him, you must go against the very idea of him. both gojo and yuta failed at that, while yuji falters, but is keeping that going nonetheless, and staying human, not falling for the trap of becoming inhumane, no matter how hard of a journey it is, even if it goes the against the very essence of jujutsu society.
i’m only curious to see how they’ll complete that character arc for yuji, and how it may allude to the infamous “one dies, everyone lives” or “one lives, everyone dies” ending gege has hinted at before.
Can we acknowledge the fact that gojo did end up going south and quite literally became a new person, as in new person being Yuta Okkotsu??
Waiting to see what Yuta does with Gojos body. Hollow purple at 300% and infinite void on everyone going to go crazy and how he will try to save Megumi, if he could, different from how Gojo did

Simple. Yuta Gojo is not Gojo Gojo.
I dont think gojos teleporting ability is gone through retconn. Maybe it was just not used

another way to view this is by remembering one line from jjk and one from naruto:
• “are you the strongest bc youre gojo or gojo bc youre the strongest?”
• “a tool is only as strong as the one wielding it”
i thought gojo was only strong because he relied on his gimmick, but in shibuya and that last fight we saw him actually use the power system in many more creative ways: changing domain sizes, inverted barrier, and switching to “taijutsu” with strong fundamentals in curse control.
you cant just plop somebody else in his body and expect it to be the same.
"not because of his technique" is incorrect.
(I have more proof but a UA-cam comment is not exactly the best for this)
Also no, the end of the battle doesn't imply that in the slightest.
Maybe when Yuta’s 5 minutes are up, he loses control over the body to Gojo who has been reanimated from the dead due to the technique:
I think that when Kenjaku takes over the dead body, his cursed technique reanimates the body itself so that he can inhabit it.
Munch thank you so much for the continued generous support 🙏🏻
I agree with the reanimation, it’s definitely a living body and not like a zombie situation.

Yea, imagine Yuta keeping Rika as a hostage and exploiting her as a weapon. Funny thing is how the idea came up to him that he needs to manipulate the body of Saturo and make it a weapon. If Kenjaku does the grossest things, Yuta has inhumane ideas.
I found it odd that it was mentioned twice in recent chapters that Sukuna currently has the same level of cursed energy as Yuta. Now we know why.
Gojivan thank you so much for the support, I talk about this in my latest video here: ua-cam.com/video/1agK936lHQ4/v-deo.html
I see what you mean...
'We're not going to win this war by destroying what we hate... We're going to win this war by protecting what we love.'
I ADORED this chapter. The coaster of emotion I felt reading the leaks was crazy. This is a really cool manuever by Gege, too.
Can't expect someone with that pfp to think correctly

Image if gojo soul come back for a while like how toji and geto
Remember, just because gojo’s character might end tragic doesnt mean its bad. It just took the tragic turn instead of the bright ending people were expecting. People are not prepared for that conversation.
As for storytelling so far, let’s wait til the manga finishes.
People sometime forgets that Yuta is not one of those traditional kind hearted protagonist like Yuji, man does not hesitate to get his hands filthy in order to get things done. This is the same dude who was ready to kill off countless culling game players if it’s necessary to get 400 points by himself. but since their goal is rescue Megumi, I assume he’ll still have to let Yuji to finish him off
Near future peak yuji having that I am you 2.0 moment : “SUKUNA I WILL FUCK YOU UP
BY THE WILL OF ALL THAT I LOVE I WILL FUCK YOU UP. This is my promise” *black flashes sukunas head CLEAN OFF*
Can I get an amen 🙏🙏🙏
The body he would swapping to would be braindead in that scenario though so it wouldn't really work.
Do we think kenny is fully gone? Surely that lad who's been around for 1k years had some survival strat
WAIT A SEC, WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT HOW SUKUNA HAS HIS OTHER ARMS BACK!!!!!
Then stop reading
Wow, I underestimated your power to cope. Manganimist! Stand Proud, you are a strong copist.
Gege wins troll of the year for sure 😂😂
I more saw it as Gojo was viewed as a weapon, not an individual. So the fact his importance has now been boiled down to his body being used for its power, showing that Gojo was Gojo because he was the strongest.
Ngl, but i never really liked your videos but never hated them either. And simply because your content "surrounding" gojo had so many toxic fans that i never wanted to comment or check the comment section.
But today everything you said about gojo, geto, yuta amd yuji.Along with the poetry that jjk plays is literally the thought i always had bout all of them since the beginning.
And knowing that someone out there share similar brain cells and come to same conclusion in this fandom which is so divided in black and white that they cant see the grey that the story is telling us.
Thankyou for also essentially point my one to one thought process out there❤️❤️
good man for understanding the goat of JJYT
Gege can create a lot of plot threads, but he isn't the best at tying them up properly (Geto's funeral, for eg). But damn if he isn't of the best at symbolism. Hella excited to see what he has in store for us!
@@SneakNationCEOgetos death was more offputting because it occured before gege even knew what he wanted with the actual series.
I just realised how when Kenjaku took over Geto's body, Geto still had a form of self control even if he was possessed. This could possibly be said for the same with Yuta possessing gojo's body, Gojo could maybe be alive with Yuta possessing him somewhat.
You may think Gojo Satoru is not back, but The Strongest most certainly is.
Gege rlly wanted to draw stitches on this man’s forehead
Sorry but no, this was just bad writing. If this was going to occur then why hype us up w/ Yuji and Todo. I’m so tired of seeing characters hit new heights just for the fight to not really even phase Sukuna. Yuta coming back as Gojo makes me feel like the last few chapters were just distractions to fill up another week.
At this point i totally belive that Gege is going for only one alive ending and either yuji or megumi will be only one alive at the end.
gege really is an amazing creator, never saw this coming. bringing back gojo would of been lazy, but i wanted gojo, this is such a twist
