Allow your powerhear to suck in surface air to mimic wave action aerating the water. Trust me your animals will love the extra oxygenation of the water and somehow the micro bubbles look correct and pleasing.

What kind of filter do you use? Your tank looks so simple, but the biota looks so well... I want to make simple tank like this, because i want to put it in my small bedroom...so it wont be able to put sump filter in it. What should i do?
Is it ok if i dont use skimmer?

To keep a stable temperature on this it will cost $$$ in energy and equipment. to keep a stable temperature in liquids like water you need a bucking system. weather your bucking agents the envirment or a heater/chiller having both can make a super stable temperature. So you will need a sump to put a chiller coil and heater coil in depending on how you want to run it. this would also add extra water and filtration to the system. then you need a computer hooked up to sensors to monitor the water out put and exit flow and tank temperature as well as output flow monitoring. The main reason why i dont get into keeping salt water is because i know how to do it but it cost too much time, effort, and cash to pull it off the way i would want. all i can say is look into a chiller system it may help you.

Besides being very difficult and needing so much daily attention small tanks are a pain, plus introducing your bare hand into the tank so many times is just not recommended.
Maybe you're a doctor and wash your hands with the perfect soap 12 times a day but most of us out here are not and one little poison bacteria that's introduced can mess up the tank quickly especially when it's this small
