Im curious: Is Gavial better than Tuye for Surtr squad, or was it just for lest effort?

The former is better for sustained healing. Tuye's S2 is liable to just burn through all of its charges rather quickly and the fact that she doesn't heal at all while the target is above 50% is also problematic.
