still dont understand why it looped, could you explain me that? did that happened while we configured both CLI instead of GUI?

Does this trick also work for the Catalyst mobile app stuck trying to deploy the controller, but the web browser GUI is already fully working? Or is there something else that must be set for the mobile app to look for in order to decide this is not a provisional SSID?

what if you are deploying this outside the US ? should you still use US as the country ?

No, you should select the country in which it is being deployed.
