Freaking out in interviews is my common trait. But with time the confidence I have while interviewing has become inversely proportional to company's reputation. (That's much worser, I guess.)

I think it gets better the more you do it, try putting yourself in that situation more often just to practice - like interviewing for a volunteering opportunity or club, or with more companies than the one you really want to get into. That will build up your confidence. Best of luck!

try looking at the challenges on kaggle and doing a small model on a public dataset! House price prediction is usually a really standard first project example when people study machine learning

I would say start with linear regression -> then Tree Based Models(RF, Bagging) -> Learn Theory -> Classification(Logistic) -> then Tree Based -> Neural Nets aka Deep Learning.
Learn an algorithm. Search for datasets that would definitely fit your data -> search for datasets that your algorithm doesn't work on. Find what went wrong. And then move forward.

jab hamara interview round ata hai ho to sala 10 coding questions, os,networking puchte hai.aur jab koi ladki interview lete hai to puchte hai

: tum panipuri khate ho,tum kaha se hoo etc etc.
aur ye goro ka dunia me
: tumahara ambition kya,tum to academically achhe ho aur tumhe kya puche.
