Hi, you are doing great job, I'm loving it. And I I'm use the Touareg for off-road, it is very good even in the hard condition. You are sure for the problem with back differential is because of oil? I have same lockable differential and that same problem and just changed oil with universal oil for front and back and is doing same problem. Nobody, even my dealer, don't know what is the problem.
Hi i have 2005 v8 ,how much transmission oil do i need and what type, This video was very helpfull about diff and transfer case oil ,but what about transmission .Thank you
For transmission you need OEM fluid from VW dealership or you can get oil from Toyota dealership but you need to get 3309 spec T-VI fluid for Aisin gear box

Ravenol also make the VW spec oils / fluids, including for the locking rear diff.
I have the rear locker also...I didn't know they were so rare.
Did you manufacture the front end on that? Do you have the specs on it? I LOVE it.
