Since his most recent scandal this case has been brought to light and the former employee is even speaking to the press about the situation. James has broken his social media silence to even address her claims and the internet has had a lot to say about it. We're also talking about another story that came out this week regarding youtube couple Nikki Phillippi and her husband Dan, the two of them put out a video regarding their dog, and the internet is on fire over it.

I think it's actually illegal for an employer to disclose the reason an employee was terminated so maybe that's why James didn't say anything? Either way, I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the wrong in this situation

How is getting a concussion and it being implied she got fired for said discussion considered disability discrimination?
The answer might be obvious but I’m a dumbass
can someone explain ;-;
It’s considered disability discrimination bc she had a concussion (which caused a disability as she could not work the way she once had) and needed special treatment (hospitalization etc.), but because her employer (James) didn’t want to have to deal with her needing the special treatment, she was fired. Employers are supposed to be compliant with the disability needs of their employees, and not doing so is considered unjust.
