@@LearnCardano Hope they get it seeing as how they are partnered with a Norwegian company for EU purposes. USDC got MiCA compliance yesterday and I don't really wish to see them on chain long term.

@@Cwirpc I asked the team, they have their MiCA compliance, not directly but via the NBX exchange. Anything that is minted through them will be covered by the MiCA upcoming laws.

Hilarious valuation on chain raise. You can invest at the valuation of $40 million. Meanwhile the CEO allocated herself 25% of their total shares, so that's $8 million for her. Her husband is the President...wonder what kind of equity package he gets. Yea, no thanks. This company is worth $5 million valuation at best.
