    It’s no secret that tight lats can seriously affect your overhead position for a lot of movements like pull ups and overhead press.
    So here are the best ways to open up your lats and some awesome tricks you can implement right away!
    3 of the best hacks are:
    - Use your breath
    - Focus on one side at a time before doing both arms together
    - Have a wiggle!
    These tricks will help you gain more range of motion where most people just get stuck!
    If you have a movement that you know you are limited with, such as an overhead press, then test it before using these stretches and then retest it afterwards - any improvement?
    Aim to integrate the new range you achieve with these stretches into your training and you will find your tightness becoming less frequent and then you won’t need to stretch as often 💪🏼💪🏼

    What happens when, while hanging, one scapula protrudes more than the other?? Is it okay to continue the stretches, no pain

      Yes would keep an eye on it just! Have you caught our serratus anterior video? There are a lot of really good drills in it I would add for more scap control 😄

    I am facing hard time in doing a glute bridge can tight lats be a cause of it because of chain connection of lats with glute?

      If the front of your hips are tight it can hinder your range, lats not so much
