Yeah and I broke my friend's necklace trying to put this piece of shit type of wrist chain connection. This is one of the most frustrating things. I was going to like your video but there is no sound to it so this is practically useless. You do get a B- for effort. To earn an A there would have at least sound.

you’re is straight, mine is crooked and like Z shaped. help please. i bought a diamond necklace and have spent over 2 hours fucking with this fucking clasp trying to get it to work and i can’t figure it out and nowhere i look can i find a similar clasp. mine has those things on the side but the insert piece bends in 3 different directions and i can’t figure out how to use it
