Yes and no perhaps or maybe he is a one real suit with multiple entities dwelling in it cassidy evan and dark remnant possibly i guess maybe he is just golden freddy but turns purple whenever something supernatural is gonna happen
I really agreed with this theory here because I personally believe Shadow Freddy is Cassidy being controlled/is under influence by William because of Entom's theory of Cassidy/Golden Freddy/Fredbear's connections to Shadow Freddy/Nightmare that explains why they look similar.
Shadow Freddy in the movie has a very similar design to GF. And yet they are different I don't think shadow Freddy looking like GF is a reason to think they are the same. I mean BB and JJ are the same but have different color schemes.
