Silver Sword Quest has changed from when I last did it. The Quest is now given to you by Linea. To get access to Linea, you need to complete the questline from Ozz first, then Linea will appear in Ramsgate next to Ozz. To get the Quest from Linea, you need to have the Urska Sword (Hypotherica) crafted. Once you complete the quest from her she will give you the Silver Sword.
If you get all three parts before getting the quest, ensure you complete the quest line from Ozz, then as long as you have the Urska sword (Hypothermica) crafted, then you should get the silver sword from Linea in Ramsgate.

You have one more, 25K after that. When I did this a year ago, the last one was 50K.

Yes, there are 8 possible spawn points for the gifts but only 5 will spawn on an Island.
