Always an underrated band in my opinion. Not just Jim as a poet/frontman, Robbie’s guitar rhythm and smooth playing, rays amazing ability to play bass and piano, and John being the beat of the band. Amazing band
By this time the Doors were up using an actual bass player (and a rhythm guitarist) in the studio instead of Ray’s key bass. What we are listening to hear is a five piece band.

I read your comment so I slowed Jim's vocals way down and he actually sings, "Well, I dig a little down about an hour ago." I didn't misspell "dig" so it may not be a drug reference at all. Or he wanted to beat the censors and instead used the word "dig" instead of "did."
"................I see your hair is burning.............hills are filled with fire...........if they say I never loved you,.... you know they are a liar"

wonderful I saw a tribute band called The Crystal Ship they play awesome just the vocalist is kinda lame! .I think the Doors were a lil bit advanced you know their music didn't fit with the 60's that's the reason they are unique and unbelievable
can hear Jim's vocals faintly in the background. this is basically just switched to the usic side & you can probably find a version with just the vocals as well. you can do this with an equalizer easily.
How did you get a 7:25 version of L.A. Woman when I can't find one. The one that I have is around 7:50 as is most of the other ones I've looked up. I know this isn't from the L.A. Woman album because that version is over 8:00. I also know that you used some kind of vocal removing software because I can still hear Jim faintly. Can you tell me where you got the 7:25 version. I would appreciate it.
I love Jim, but sometimes you just want to think to yourself while listening to some beautiful music.

Sensacional, maravilhoso, obrigado por postar
Love it!! Long live The Doors! Just wondering why people write the lyrics in the comments..🤔
Awesome version of L.A. Woman.
Il mito , la presenza , la personalità, la forza della voce di Morrison , hanno oscurato la strepitosa qualità di musicisti che erano gli altri 3.
Well done. Very musical. Now, if they only had some all-time vocalist, a frontman for the ages . .
👍🤣

just enjoy the music mate not everybody has equalizers etc. some people are just hard to please ..personally I think it's he did a great job
Anglynn74 i thought its just in my head cause i knew the lyrics
+Anglynn74 God bless your hearing Anglynn
Jim's voice is faintly in the background but this gives you a chance to enjoy the instrumentals. 1970s technology versus 2018.
Listening on 1.75 is ehm... something else

DDKaraokeOutlaw He has cut some of first seconds of the song. It's obviously the album version
It is from multitracks, he has just removed vocal line and that's all.
i can hear the voices .-.
So can I, and I have the volume on zero... AAAHHH!!!
The Bass is a bit much but other than that, it's great!
thanks Scott other than the bass you like it cheers buddy
Scott Spencer the great Jerry Scheff on Fender Bass!!
Thanks, Paul. Says here he also worked with Elvis and the TCB Band.
Jerry Scheff stayed with the band until the very end, very versatile bass player - UK tour '73, saw them at Imperial College, University of London.
