I’ve managed to catch up on my sleep and boy! has it made a difference. I’ve managed about 75% on the walking, which I’m pleased with. I’ve also eaten more fruit. Thank you for the encouragement 💕 it really helps.
I’m a week behind you. Yesterday was blustery and I told myself if you can keep walking in the snow then I can trudge on and get out there. I began my walking tall today. This is what we do riding horses. Shoulders back, chest open, chin up. When you slump in a horse it makes you realize how much you slump when walking. I tracked my sleeping. It was about 7.5 hours. I couldn’t sleep longer than that. I also can’t think of a high calorie food that I eat regularly bc I’ve already replaced so many things. For my stretch, I found Down Dog yoga app. It’s very relaxing with the piano music I selected. I walk and then do the yoga right after.

I've missed some due to Covid. Walking tall helps me a lot. I have forward head posture. And aching shoulders/neck is always a problem. I do stretching for it, but I think walking tall helps too #WalkingTall
